Excellent Service. Nice pieces. Not your average gold shop salesmen. I first stepped into Amin Jewellers 13 years ago when I bought my first ring. Since then, I have been back many times. Despite having moved to Manchester with Wilmslow Road a 5 minute drive away, I always opt for Amin Jewellers in Blackburn. The reason is that the customer service is excellent and there's a really good vibe at Amin's. It doesn't feel sleazy like it does with other gold shops. They also have some very beautiful, unique pieces and I generally tend to find what I need with them. I always say that Amin Jewellers are Amin by name and Amin (trustworthy) by nature. Thanks to Amin for all the years of good service.

My family and I have been purchasing our jewellery from Amin jewellers for the past 15 years and more. Evan though we have moved to bolton years ago, we travel to blackburn specifically for our jewellery. Highly recommend Amin jewellers. The customer service is on point always!! The staff are very friendly and welcoming they always go an extra mile to assist you and help you make the right choices. It's been my second visit already this week and I'll be planning a third. Amin Jewellers are one of the most dedicated people that I have ever met. Their customer service is beyond belief. Wonderful service, absolutely lovely people and very honest...

Very overpriced. I went in with my mother to value some gold and see what we could have made in return and the prices where off the charts, we walked out of the store distressed. We went to another gold store that has been around since I was a baby and did the same and the prices were night and day. We never returned to this store. Happy for everyone that had a good experience but we unfortunately certainly did not. Edit: I have no benefit to being dishonest. I am simply telling my experience. There is more than 1 person behind the counter so i may have dealt with someone other than yourself. I am happy you have satisfied customers but I'll stick to who I'm used to thanks.

Very disappointed. I previously exchanged a item. Only to discover later it was half of what it was worth. No description was mentioned as to what gem stones were encrusted. Also NO Official receipt was given. Only a written note. I will not be returning to this store in future. As I feel that my customer rights have been taken advantage of.
