I've ordered here a few times since it opened. The food itself is good for a kebab. But I order a regular for my wife and a large for me. 1st time there was a clear difference. Last time there seemed to be no difference in size of the kebab despite paying £1,99 for large. So this time I ordered with the salad separate, and my suspicions were confirmed. Identical regular kebabs. (See weight in pics) That's just stealing £2 off you and that's not on. Also 2 X I've asked for yoghurt sauce to be removed because lactose doesn't agree with me, yet still it's in there. It's still a good kebab, but this sort of thing needs to be sorted. There's no shortage of alternatives in Blackburn with Darwen. I will order again, but it will be the last time if it's not right.

I've been here few times. The staff are polite. Food is amazing I love it, also I don't have to wait long to get my food . The manager Hussein is friendly and welcoming, he's always making sure we're well looked after and enjoying our food. Thank you for a great service everytime I visit.

Ordered signature German Donner Mix Kebabs. Probably the best donner I have ever had. The taste of the soft sesame seed bread filled with donner mix was something new to my taste buds. I am very very impressed and well recommended

Went for the first time to Blackburn Branch today. I was blown away. I've had some Kebabs in my time but none as good as these were. I almost ordered another one that's how good they were. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Food was quick to arrive and staff were very pleasant. I can not recommend enough. D Smith

Food maybe nice but expiditing food leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered 9 items, 5 items failed to be packed into my collection order. Would suggest that all customers check their delivery/collection orders to see if they haven't missed anything out. I'm guessing this is not the first occasion this has occurred. Reason for the error is written in the orange label, maybe they should include "checked by".

Eaten here yesterday after i eaten I noticed this on my tray went to.the.2 girls on on the till she started to laugh at me I didn't find it funny atall very disappointed inwont be back

We ordered today and were really looking forward to our döner kebabs. They arrived cold and without any salad, the bread was pale, floppy and obviously not toasted. I ordered one large kebab, which turned out regular. So that's nearly 30 £ for horrible food. Please employ someone who cares about good food and customer service. I will never order from here again and will advise everyone I know to not eat from here either. Really disappointed

Probably the best kebab in Blackburn👍 my son loves crunchy kebab burger, it’s so good. Nice clean place, friendly staff and fast service, we have been here many times and never disappointed

German donner kebab is really nice. I tried the kiki kebab a pink toasted coconut waffle with chicken donner meat & it was so nice. Something very different. Salad sauces & a labaan yoghurt drink was a perfect meal

We had many times here its good alhamdulillah but today I ordered takeaway and didnot check the lady at the counter wrote chicken instead of mix meal on bill and I have asked for more sauce but to my surprise they gave me not even one. I ordered 4 main meals so had to eat without sauce. It wasnot even rush hour so very disappointed

Went down late evening since it was the only place taking orders. Was met by a lovely staff member Rimsha. She was extremely friendly especially when it’s late night and usually staff members are tired of the full day. Our food was served up quick and was an absolute delight but honestly it was the customer service that put the cherry on the cake. Would definitely come again just for that.

Never been here before. Went early as needed some stodge and the place had just opened. Ordered a kebab and some chips. Zero grease on the meat.. Bread / pita was really good and the salad was also fresh. Will definitely be going again. Keep up the good work.

Nice and clean establishment, welcoming staff. Overall a nice experience and the food was good. The drinks was a little overpriced, £1.99 for a can of pop.

Lovely place to visit. We have been twice at lunch time and the service has always been on point. Food is great and fresh and the seating areas are always clean. Would recommend

I ordered a an OG Kebab and it came with a sauce I didnt want and I called them then they go "What do you want me to do?" "Bring it back then" after I paid delivery this cost me £10

My first ever experience and more than likely my last….The service, location and presentation was amazing. However after 20 minutes of finishing our food, both my partner and I felt strange in the stomach. Since then it’s not been great without going into detail. I’m no expert on food but I did mention to my partner at the time that the doner did in fact look undercooked.

Okay, i let you off enough times now! But this is it!!! Always missing items! And i mean every time we ordered...not exactly cheap either. We just ordered and i am left with no food😡 not happy!!!😡 P.s why are you offering extras if you never add them in?!?!! What a rip off place. And be happy you get 2 stars just because food is nice...😡

Missed parts of my delivery. People did not get to get their meal. Told nothing they can do and not willing to send out again even though we live close by. Asked to go in and collect even though we paid for delivery. Shocking service. Unsympathetic staff. Happened before. Will not use again. Things will not change

Service was great and food was also great. Very friendly staff, definitely a pleasure to visit! Special mentions to Nazish, Rimsha, Aysha, Aliya and Zainab. Thanks for a top meal! Would have added better photos but was all gone before remembering/thinking about it. A nice dessert place is right next door and offers some great options too.

Went here with the kids they really enjoyed it. Food was very nice and good portions to. Can get pricey as they don't do meal offers chips and a drink are an extra £3 which can make a meal go up to £8. Service is quick and staff are polite and its nice and clean.

Came here this evening after a few recommendations on their food. It didn't cease to disappoint. SUBAH served us with a welcoming lovely smile, manager came over after us saying we don't know what to order. Manager recommended a meat box that came with sides of spring roll or chill bites - we ordered one of each. Service came really quick, food absolutely delicious bread was extremely crispy. 😋 Vanessa saw me looking around and instantly knew l was in need of something (toilets) politely told me where they were. Aleenah came over to see if we had enjoyed our stay which we had. Cleanliness is 100 per cent and their service 100 per cent overall.

First time visiting here. Had the regular mixed kebab. Very tasty, but its just a kebab right (wrong! In best Arnold voice) The flat bread was soft and a nice change instead of the run of the mill pitta bread. Meats wasn't dry and just the right amount of salad. Spot on..

Ordered lahmacun bites 0/5 - Dry chappati with little and dry mincemeat filling. Doritos donner Krunch burger- mixed donner. Cold dry donner. Bun was cold also. The doritos being dry on top of that made it difficult to swallow a morsel. If there was a secret sauce in the burger I wouldnt have realised. 2/5 Cheesy bites - nice and savoury as always 5/5
