Honestly the best food I have. The kebab roll and samosa chaat was 10/10 couldn’t fault it. Don’t what these reviews are talking about clearly fake as this is the nicest food I’ve ever had. My new favourite place gonna be coming here a lot more.

First time visiting and I will definitely be coming back, visited with my husband and the atmosphere was lovely. The chaat was amazing! Very filling and the portion was huge. Customer service was fantastic everyone was very polite and checked in that we were happy with everything. Will be back very soon.

Very polite and friendly team, perfect location in the heart of Blackburn. Enjoyed my Chaii (for all the Chaii connoisseurs - this is the best spot in town!) and samosa chaat, donuts were super fresh and tasty. Brilliant utilisation of space, as well as convenience with the drive thru service! Fabulous atmosphere and such a great range of food and drinks, would highly recommend

Great place, great atmosphere always nice and warm welcome. We have been here a few times since they have opened and always the same level of customer service no matter what time we go. The food is 10/10. I have noticed a few fake reviews on here. Obviously its the competition or haters. Please ignore them reviews. Phenomenal experience. Top notch food and atmosphere. Have been here multiple times since the opening , and every time is an amazing experience all around. I love the service and the staff are so friendly and always takes care to offer the best quality! I Would highly recommend, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!

I have been here on many occasions and this place just gets better and better. The vibe is brilliant and the staff are always amazing. I come here with my other half and always feel welcomed by the staff. I have been to all the tea places in blackburn and this is by far the best. I have just looked through the other reviews and you can tell the 1 star reviews are all fake and probably the local competitors. Sad old world please try to better yourself rather than trying to damage others with your lies.

First time breakfast at chai pani… I ordered paranthna with chana and halva.. paranthna was like rubber and Chana had no taste to it at all. Halva was ok.. my friend ordered the kabab roll. That too was like rubber.. all bought from shops and heated up. Would not recommend at all..

This place is just amazing! I come to Chaaye Paani all the time and find that the staff here make it a personal mission to make the customers feel welcome. They interact with us and are such a good laugh. The food here is perfect the kebab rolls are just something else. I have been to a few of the other chai places in Blackburn and can honestly say this place tops them in every way. The milkshakes are probably the best in Blackburn. And anyone who has tried the donuts know that no one is doing donuts like them. I would recommend this place to my friends and family any day! This time I had the fresh orange juice

Been to this place quite a lot over the last 6 months and I have to say it does not disappoint me ever. The staff are great and the food is quality. The best thing is they are always adding new things to the menu for instance about 3 months ago they added the Breakfast Bun which is so amazing and now they have just gone and added a whippy ice cream machine like the one from maccys and the milkshake that they produce are probably the best in Blackburn I would highly recommend chaaye paani to all my friends and family. So final note Try the milkshakes, gulab jamun and ice cream and breakfast bun you will not be disappointed. Visited again today and my opinion on this place has not changed….also anyone from Blackburn tell me a better drink than the Blue Nimbu Paani?? Next level

Best milkshakes in Blackburn been coming here ever since it has opened its doors and the service is always on point. The food is really good but the best thing is the milkshakes
