Ordered from here for the first time and the food was absolutely horrendous. The nachos were extremely salty, couldn't even eat one nacho it was like high blood pressure in a box. The milk in the milkshakes was off. Never ever ordering from here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't understand how people don't fear Allah and think they're not being watched with the food they make and sell.

Delighted with the service and the food was delicious. Delivered promptly with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend the entire menu. If you ve not tried this yet.... you are missing out... keep up the gr8 work👌

First time visiting here, the chai bites are a great idea, you get a snack with an option of 2 types of tea, I had the chilli cheese stuffed paratha and Karak chai, the tea tasted good with subtle yet pronounced spicing, good body to it aswell as it’s made with milk and not water, the paratha was big, tasted & looked freshly made.

Amazing food. We always order their breakfast bun. My husband is a very fussy eater and he loves their chicken stir fry. Definitely ordering again soon!

Wow! I was introduced to my Chaii by a work colleague and wanted to treat my family to something sweet. We weren’t disappointed! From the excellent service, cleanliness of the premises and friendly staff. We watched the doughnuts being made fresh and plenty of varied toppings were added to our personal taste. The milkshakes are out of this world with loads of flavours to choose from. I would definitely try other things from the menu and would highly recommend this to my family and friends. Keep up the great service My Chaii!!!!!

Just ordered off Uber and although their delivery was quick, I would say they overlooked their quality check. They sent us a chocolate cake that had mould on it. I got a strawberry milkshake and they literally blitzed the strawberries with the leafs on and just left it whole!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Can't believe we also paid £2.50 for a small kids size karak chai cup!!! Never ordering again!! Taubah!!! Wouldn't even give 1 star!!!

I have been to many places and tried alot of food but this has to be the most consistant and best place ive been to, My Chai doughnut are better than any in the north west freshley made in front of you hiding nothing with a wide range of topping, but this is not even the best bit thier breakfast is beautiful and fresh not even oily , thier breakfast buns both desi and english hit the right spot soo good you will need more than one. Very freindly staff and quick service even tho sometimes ive waiting a bit longer than normal but its worth it trust me.

The worst service possible. Ordered through Uber eats, was meant to be delivered between 11:05 and 11:25 and it’s 1:30 now and I haven’t received anything. Rang the restaurant the first time he said to give him 20 minutes. Nothing arrived so I rang them again, after almost another hour, and been told it was just leaving the restaurant with the delivery driver and would be with me in 10 minutes. Again nothing has arrived but I’ve waited 30 minutes before I made another call and this time no one answered so I tried ringing every couple of minutes but without any luck. I have just tried to ring them now at 1:30pm and it goes straight to voice mail as in when the phone has been turned off. Save your time and money and go somewhere that will actually deliver your food.

Foods terrible cant listen too simple orders put awful random sauces all over every meal without being asked asked for sausage's too be took out of one of the meals as shes vegetarian so instead they put other meats in and then wont send out new orders too replace it £15 and not a bite eaten stay away at all costs absolute dossers
