This is the best steakhouse in the Jackson area now that Steaks Eatery is no more. Service is always great. They have a decent amount of TVs to keep up on sports. Portions and prices are fair. Their sweet rolls and cinnamon butter are exquisite. The baked potatoes' skins have good flavor. I've never had a bad steak here. Highly recommended.

John was an amazing waiter. Our drinks were always topped off, and bread was always at the table. Nailed it!

We used the "join the wait-list" feature from Google and got right in. Service was spectacular; out server was awesome (Amil I think). Food was delicious.

Unfortunately I won't be going back to this specific roadhouse. I absolutely love the roadhouse, but I've had it with this location. I order Togo and it's as raw as can be all the time! So I decided this time I will go inside and eat with my family. I get a medium rare steak and it comes back as rare as can be. My mother got a medium rare steak and hers comes back burnt to a crisp-well done. I asked for my steak to be re cooked and they took so long, I ended boxing it all up and never received anything off my bill. I'm done trying to give this location excuses as to why they aren't good when in fact, they just have a terrible cook for a steak house. I'm never one to put people or businesses down, but this is probably honestly the 4th or 5th time in a row, that I have experienced this. I'm not saying I'll stop going to the road house, but I will for sure never ever go to this one again, unfortunately. The pics I posted are from ordering Togo. I didn't take pics from inside when I dined in. I ordered this steak medium rare. It was still purple when I cut into it, because it was so rare.

Our experience is always good here but this time it was exceptional. Our server Shellie was phenomenal. She was always there when we requested or needed anything; she even listened to my 80 year old mother in laws stories, and never rushed her! We will be requesting her every time. We visit often! Keep up the great work, Shellie and Texas Roadhouse.

Went there for an anniversary and birthday dinner was not disappointed. They went out of their way to make sure that it was a special occasion. Would very much recommend that restaurant.

Went for son in laws birthday.Ordered 2different steaks both medium rare....one was absolutely rare(manager even agreed) 1 was very well done. Never received bread until appetizers cane , never was offered refills on drinks and never offered to give us warm sides with new steaks. 1 was still raw....terrible experience...didn't obviously have to pay for the steaks but was offered a To go pop. Makes me question going back. Very 😔

The place was packed on a rainy Saturday night. We were able to sit at the bar so we didn't have to wait. The bartender was friendly and attentive despite how busy she was. We had our meal quickly and the service was top notch.
