Great Host's, Jane and Steve, nothing was too much trouble. Great Breakfast, nicely decorated airy rooms and really clean. Great location, tram stop is just about 500 yards from this b&b. So get yourself a 24 hour tram pass for £6 and Boom Blackpool is your oyster. This hotel also puts a table and chairs outside, so you have somewhere to sit and smoke, which is nice for us smokers. I also liked that they gave you plenty of milk and tea bags, which lasted me for the 2 nights, normally i am having to ask for more sugar or milk etc, but they provided plenty. Wifi provided too at no extra cost. Nice Bar inside, so you can have a little drink if you so desire. Child friendly. Also when we left they provided us with a bottle of water each and some sweets for the journey, which i have never had that before. I thought that was a really lovely touch. I would recommend this b&b and i would 100% stay there again.

Jayne and steve give you the warmest welcome, i have stayed here now several times with friends and family, and have always had a most enjoyable stay, great hosts, the breakfasts are fabulous and the rooms are always lovely and clean. I cant fault this place its a very affordable B&B with more than just a touch of excellence. Love it.

What a lovely homely place to stay! Steve and Jane were the most perfect hosts. So friendly and down to earth. The place is spotless! The room was lovely. My daughter has even said when we come back can we stay here again which will definalty be a yes! Breakfast was lovely great size and all cooked fresh.. when it was time to leave they gave us water for our trip home and my daughter some cans of pop crisps and a pic and mix to take with. It's been a absolute pleasure staying here I highly recommend 👌

Perfect! This is our third stay with Jane and Steve now, they make us and our children feel like part of their family. Breakfast is a triumph and tailored to your individual requests. We have just returned after our second 2 night stay for our cheerleading competitions. We have always felt welcome the rooms are lovely and warm welcoming, clean and comfortable. the breakfast is amazing my daughter is gluten free and has never had any problems here, I love the bottles of water for your journey home. I would definitely recommend to stay here and will be returning hopefully soon thank you so much.

Great hotel! We spent 3 nights here as a family and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Jane and Steve are simply fantastic hosts and the hotel is immaculate. Breakfast is out of this world, beds are comfy and it's in a perfect location in North Shore with a tram stop directly over the road. The price was great for May Bank Holiday. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
