Remarkable
building.
However,
asked
reception
about
dining
in
the
restaurant
and
was
told
it
was
closed
as
they
where
to
busy.
Had
to
eat
in
the
bar.
Food
good
but
would
rather
the
restaurant.
On
my
way
out
discovered
that
the
restaurant
was
open
and
now
fully
booked.
Lack
of
communication,
something
the
reception
should
know
as
they
are
front
of
house
and
the
first
person
the
client
sees.
Reception
is
very
miserable
along
with
the
bar
staff.
I
have
a
premium
room
at
a
premium
rate.
The
main
room
is
very
good
but
the
draft
through
the
3
main
single
pane
Windows
is
horrendous
and
the
sashes
are
knocking
in
the
wind.
A
premium
room
in
my
opinion
shouldn't
have
loose
tiles
in
the
bathroom
and
is
very
dated.
Unfortunately
it
looks
nothing
like
what
I
looked
at
on
the
Internet
when
I
booked
directly.
Damp
in
corner
of
the
room
as
the
wallpaper
is
loose.
Its
just
all
a
bit
disappointing
when
you
pay
a
premium
to
stay
here
and
your
room
isn't
a
premium
and
neither
are
the
staff
welcoming
especially
when
I
regard
myself
as
being
polite
and
friendly
with
good
manners.More
