Hotel very dated. Food has gone downhill over the years with minimal choice available. Very slow service at meal times and no organisation. Maids take your dirty towels but didn't replace them and also left our door open. Lift wasn't working so people with limited mobility either struggled on the stairs or couldn't get down without assistance. Will not return to this hotel again which is such a shame as we have come here for many years 😢

the place was just amazing. very fancy, staff friendly, amazing food, it was just perfect. the only thing that I didn’t like was the mattress on the bunk beds in the family room, it was very uncomfortable for us. other than that, we had a great time in blackpool.

Its a great place. Away from the hustle and bustle but still near enough to all the attractions. Great food. Nightly entertainment and even a spot of bingo. The staff work so very hard. The rooms are clean and looked after. My only issue is the rooms are so warm but this is probably more a personal issue. Blackout curtains might be good option. I would certainly come back and wouldnt consider staying anywhere else in Blackpool.

Stayed in room 311 for 3 nights. Clean room, warm when we arrived, but after turning off the heated towel rail and opened the windows, it was great. Lovely big 2 person jacuzzi, only not all the jets worked. Gorgeous views from all the windows. Friendly staff at the reception. If you want to park here, you have to give your car keys to the reception at check in, which we didn't do, because I don't let anyone else drive my car except me, especially not with the pandemic. We parked at a car park nearby. Breakfast was a buffet breakkie and okay. They weren't consistent in their offering, and things got very dry under the lights; especially if you didn't arrive at the breakfast at 8.30am. No variation in fruit salad or fruit, and the rest of the continental breakfast was a let down. Would recommend this hotel, especially the room, but not the parking nor the breakfast.

We booked Tiffany's for a family and friends stay for over 20 of us for our wedding renewal after 25 years of marriage. It was where our 1st holiday was together and have been lots of times since. We didn't ask the hotel to provide anything for us but had an email from the great Tara asking us what colours we had for the bridesmaids so they could do us a special table at dinner which was a lovely gesture. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect as did the bar and entertainment staff who sorted a toast reception when we got back from the Chapel and also reserved tables in the entertainment for us along with sorting the cake and also arranging a 1st dance for us midway through the evening. Every member of staff were so lovely and helpful. It is a week we will never, ever forget, it was just perfect! We even stayed an extra 2 nights as we didn't want to go home, and again the reception staff were amazing , had a rejig so we could stay in the same lovely suite we were in. Faultless stay, totally amazing!

Not disability friendly. Even though they lead you to believe it is. Rooms far to small/ entrance only just able to push a wheel chair ♿️ through. If your having to push it yourself. No way would you be able to push the wheels yourself and still have knuckles left. If you do manage to get in. Only one lift works. Then the battle of the corridor begins. Very narrow and carpets patched and loose. Making it very hard going. Would emagin this to be a problem for parents with prams & pushchairs as well.

What a beautiful hotel with outstanding staff. Particularly the cleaners, they were amazing what a fab team, Keeping us topped up with milk and toilet rolls and collected rubbish daily. My toddler caught a stomach bug from blackpool zoo and soiled the bedding slightly, cleaners were happy to put fresh bedding on, this happened more then once. The whole atmosphere was lovely. Breakfast was absolutely lush..... 10/10 Games room was fantastic, kids and even the adults loved this. Lift was always working perfectly which was a must for me as we had a pram.

Hotel is well placed, just far enough from centre with less nightlife noise, but close enough to walk to in a few minutes. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The food is top notch, good variety and tasty. Highly recommended if your a couple or a family, they cater for all, entertainment is on nightly and finishes at a good time. Sea view rooms offer a beautiful sight throughout the day.

Just back from Tiffany's and had a brilliant weekend. Thanks to all the staff from reception team - cleaning team -catering staff -to bar staff (special mention to Ben) who are all brilliant and make your stay special. Really enjoyed Saturday night entertainment Coda .all meals were lovely, room comfy and clean, only problem we had was the lift not working so it was very difficult bringing luggage down on our departure from the third floor for our early departure but the night staff informed us they would have carried it down for us if we had asked but there is no phone in the room so we would have still had to walk down all the steps which was difficult with having a disability. Apart from that our party of nine really enjoyed our stay and will be back.once again thank you all.xx

Best Hotel I have stayed in, go 4 or 5 times a year, clean, amazing food, friendly staff, great entertainment totally recommended 👌

Fantastic service with friendly staff. They have rooms you can put your luggage in if you need to check out but are only leaving later or arrive prior to your check-in time. Breakfast is a full buffet menu with cereals, fruit, yoghurt, full English as well as tea, coffee and fruit juice. Lovely comfortable waiting lounge and big sea facing bar area. Really nice bedroom with a large on-suite bathroom. The only thing that could have been better was the temperature in the room. We went mid summer so the room was very hot as you can't open the bedroom window and there's no air conditioning.

Just had my sons wedding here. The venue, the staff, the food were all amazing. The bedroom left a bit to be desired as the bed was really uncomfortable and the window didn't block any noise out but everywhere else was clean and staff couldn't be friendlier. I dont suggest this hotel for the disabled though as I couldn't get my electric wheelchair through the back entrance and no disabled rooms. But on the whole nice hotel

Great hotel, from the room to all meals were delicious & plenty of choices 😁. The staff throughout the hotel were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The evening entertainment was exceptional to everyone's taste, again the bar staff above and beyond. Thankyou to all the staff.

Well where do I start… From arriving the car park was pretty full & people staying parked their cars slanted so other cars found it difficult to park. My niece went in to ask for help with this and the staff member at reception was really abrupt with her. Then the room, the bath was going down one side so you had to lean on the wall to have a shower and the toilet wasn’t clean. We then went for our meal in the restaurant it was absolutely boiling not one window opened. When we asked can the door be opened wider another abrupt staff member said no as the glass in the door is shattered and may fall out. WHY ON EARTH HASNT THIS BEEN REPAIRED THEN?? Me my step daughter & niece then ordered our food and literally immediately our starter was on the table (so the food has obviously been sat there a while) we hadn’t even finished our starters and they brought the mains to the table which again is far too quick. While all this was going on we hadn’t even been asked what drinks we would like. We left our desserts and after the food we were served at tea time it put us off even trying the breakfast it was appalling. Lastly the nighttime entertainment I was told it was for kids too but not one song did the kids know, there was no specific part of the evening for children and the room again was like an oven. No windows opened at all & when we asked the staff behind the bar is there any air con it was turned on for about half an hour but it was only in the centre of the room so if you sat anywhere else you couldn’t feel it. Apart from the one older lady at reception when we arrived who was lovely and helpful the rest of the staff were rude even my 9 year old step daughter and 12 year old niece picked up on the rudeness. Almost £200 for one night I expected a lot more and no matter the price you pay you expect friendly staff otherwise why employ these kind of people in hospitality! My cocker spaniel has better people skills than in this place. Never would I stay here again !! If you don’t want to waste your money avoid this place !! We couldn’t leave fast enough !!

Rooms are great, one of Blackpools iconic hotels. We'll worth a booking if you need a location fir a stay in Blackpool, right on the seafront, close to trams and amenities.

This place was amongst the highest rated placed id stayed in for me personally although the hotel is only a 2* which to me is so unfair. I've stayed in 4*+ hotels that have been much worse than Tiffanys. I found only 1 area with issues, my whole week there, it is why ive only given a 4 for room. Although I had a refurbished 4 poster seaview room which should have been well decorated and such, the room had a very uneven floor. So bad I fell twice and had several near misses(it made me feel i had very high heels on and was toppling forward). The room being on 1st floor(rm113)had the floodlight facing directly into the room until all lights went off around midnight. And lastly the four poster didnt have any soft furnishings on the bar structures which looked odd and bare. Some voils would have been nice and not expensive to buy/make. It had a great large double Jacuzzi in the beautiful bathroom with a fitted tv too so you could watch and soak at the same time. Staff were very professional whilst helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for staff wether they were cleaner diiung or reception staff. Must give a shout out for Jake frim receptiin,Michelle in front of house dining room and the brilliantly talented chef's as meals were superb.

Not a hotel to send anyone who is not fit. Lots of stairs and steps. Limited lifts working. Food good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in poor state of repair.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. I had a free upgrade for my room, which, although spotlessly clean, was small and basic. Bring your own toiletries and nicer teabags. This is a 3 star hotel, but the staff and entertainment make your stay as welcoming and fun as possible. The food is also basic and plain but plentiful. Great location on the sea front. Easy 9 minute walk to Blackpool North train station.

I'll start by saying the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough. The entertainment was great both nights we stopped, but I think the comedian would have been better if there wasn't children in the room until after 11 o'clock. Now for the room, we booked and paid for a double. The bathroom was okay a bit tired but served its purpose. The bedroom was not the best, we had the same size bed as our daughter who'd booked and paid for the small double, single room. My husband and I are are not the slimmest of people but to try and get a good night's sleep in a small double was not easy, especial when springs were sticking up all over. My husband slept better sat in a chair with his head on the wardrobe. If we had been there more than 2 nights we would have asked for a room change for definite. The hotel is very tired and really needs a good doing up.

From the moment you’re greeted at reception you know you're in safe hands. Friendly and professional. Early check in was available for a reasonable cost. Location is minutes to the town centre walking or there’s a tram stop outside to take you along the promenade. The lady that checked us in really cared that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was a buffet style English breakfast with no expense spared. A choice of fried or scrambled egg too! A fabulous experience. My partner Ian and I will be back!

Hotel is Nice, entertainment was very good, breakfast very nice, staff friendly. Single room was a decent size, bathroom towel was stained on arrival, asked for a replacement.. Never arrived, apart from that I enjoyed my short stay. I would stay again.

Good clean hotel and rooms, excellent staff. Food was very good and evening entertainment was brilliant. Sandra the bar manager and her team were amazing. Sandra calls me Cyril even tho I'm called Tony as I got her name wrong at first. Absolutely fantastic time with all our family and going back again next month.

The staff here are fantastic every time you visit its like visiting family. Alan from behind the bar was amazing last week when my mum was poorly, calling the paramedics giving them all the information they needed to made sure she got the treatment she required and didn't leave us until we were on the way to hospital. I am so grateful he was the first aider on duty that evening I can't thank him enough. He said he was only doing his job, but to me it was much more than that, his actions may have prevented my mum having a stroke later down the line.

Stayed here 17.3.23-19.3.23. The room was spacious and clean, lovely decor and colour too. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, the staff were so friendly aswell as the hotel guests. Hotel central to the shops, beach, amusements and everything else! Will be back next year :)

While there is evidence of ongoing maintenance and upgrades, there have been cost savings made by using cheaper items that don't last more than one season. The hotel looks tired and in need of some serious money being spent on it, buy cheap, buy twice. The restaurant serves good quality meals, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The top staff and food were amazing and the room was very comfortable and great. I'm not gonna drop a star for this is only one thing that needs to improve fire alarm in the morning woke me up, would be nice for the receptionist to put up what time it goes off. See you next year guys

The staff are very pleasant and the food is great plenty of it. The rooms are cosy but had a sea view so great. One of the lifts was out of order so that caused a lot of waiting. The only issue we had was in the bar seating was an issue with some older people who were unbelievably nasty behaving like they owned the place - regulars. The entertainment was brilliant and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant experience.

Love this hotel, been coming for 25 years. Seen old and new faces. Rooms have been updated and the food is gorgeous. Plenty spaces for car parking. Reception staff are friendly. My daughter had her wedding here on October 2021, and what a party it was. All the staff are brilliant

The hotel itself is not far the centre the staff are friendly enough... However on entry the smell of sewerage is pungent as was it in the bathroom of our room the hotel charges guests for parking on the hotel car park.... While enjoying the entertainment on the evening we were told our 3 year old daughter must remain in her seat bearing inind we asked before booking that it was a child friendly hotel which we were told yes they're aloud in the bar area and allowed to the entertainment... The food was adequate the shower was dribbling water no power at all the carpets in the hallways were all frayed and taped down the room was unbelievably hot and when I asked at reception they informed me they charge £5 per night for a fan... I. Have to mention Anna the bar staff she was friendly helpful and quite clearly happy in her job she is an asset to the hotel... Unfortunately we will not be returning and for anyone under the age of 60 I would not recommend

We’ve been here for 5 days, we’ve had a great time right from the start, staff were very accommodating, special thanks to. Alan, Ben Leslie, Anna behind the bar, keeping us entertained!! Food was lovely, Malik the waiter was so lovely and made sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend!!

Staff really helpful and polite! Best thing was breakfast! Evening meals, food is very bland a little salt and pepper could go a long way and it just wasn't me that thought this!! Entertainment was good! But drinks a bit pricey! The carpets needs changing black tape everywhere to cover the frayed & rips in the carpets ,very worn & tired.

The hotel staff were very welcoming to all of our group upon arrival and always gave a friendly wave and a greeting as we passed back and forth throughout our stay. Our rooms were all fine and comfortable. The food was good and again the waiting staff were extremely helpful and good fun to deal with. All positives and no negatives. Thank you Tiffany's for making our weekend in Blackpool a great success..

Rooms were lovely, service was shocking. Entertainment was terrible. Like a maze trying to find your room. Evening meal was really nice but way to small. Breakfast was great all you can eat. Not worth paying for evening meal b&b only. But as mentioned Breakfast there is really nice. 2/5 defo

Fantastic. Read up on the hotel before booking and you get exactly what you're promised. Bed mattress was a bit tired though and compared to other rooms we were missing a blanket, staff supplied one immediately though. Entertainment was cracking. Breakfast could start earlier to avoid a rush though.

  • 3/5 Joanne K. 1 year ago on Google
The room it’s self smells lovely and fresh. The size of the room was adequate for the two days. We had a sea view which was lovely. When the window was closed there was no noise from the promenade. However, the bedding was stained and the walls had what looks like nail varnish on it. The shower didn’t work and went from blisteringly hot to freezing cold. The shower head didn’t fit in the socket. The handle broke away from the the window. Then there was the evening entertainment with the police arresting a man in the reception area and dragging him out in handcuffs. Then an altercation with one of the guest who had far too much to drink and 999 was called. The best part of this hotel is it’s fabulous staff and the entertainment whilst we stayed was very good.

Tiffany’s had a wonderful atmosphere, the staff are so friendly, food is amazing - good, heathy home cooking and good portions. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and they are well equipped. I’m gluten intolerant and the chef told me what I could eat. Location was great, it was quiet (if that’s what you want) but walking distance to the piers.
