Awesome place. Definitely book online to save a few quid. Should have walked around here a bit slower as we managed to do it all in an hour and a half. Plenty of photo opportunities, although found that some of the photos we took didn't save to our card given. Really nice here though and staff were friendly. We went on a Monday for opening time and it was pretty quiet too, so much easier to get photos. Marvel section was BRILLIANT!

Staff lovely and helpful, easy access with the pram and can take it round the entire place so you don't miss out on anything. Good photo opportunities too. Doesn't take long to get around so bear that inind when planning your day. Took us about 1.5 hours to casually walk around. Would defo recommend as part of your day out but would book in advance as I can imagine it becomes very busy.

Very good way to spend a couple of hours. Would be nice if there was more to see and do, but what is there is top quality. Me and my son had a brilliant time and such a laugh with all the wax works. He even got to the top of the climbing wall. All the staff were super pleasant, we really really enjoyed it

Great attraction to spend an hour. Don't expect the size and array of characters featured in London, but the wax works are set out in popular themed areas with plenty of interaction possible. Something for all ages.

OK this was what I'd describe as a multi faceted attraction. Some of the models are bang on whilst others, like Russel Brand look nothing like him didn't even look to be that same ethnicity! It felt all a bit disjointed along the way and you felt rushed through. The kids loved the splat climbing wall even though the person running it absolutely stank of stale body odour. There are lots of good photo opportunities however the lighting in there is bloody awful. Lots of photos had a red tinged finish. The rovers return would make for better photos had you not put a set of seats behind bet lynch meaning everyone has several random strangers in their photos. The staff are either super helpful or complete waste of space. When I comes to checking the photos taken at certain areas for you to purchase at the end is where you lost 2 stars. The staff manning this photo selling area on the exit rush you to buy buy buy and rush you to choose and generally buy a package you wouldn't. From personal experience of mental health this is where you need fully trained staff that take this I to account. I was made to feel to hurry, pick anything and pay quickly having spent 20 minutes queuing already and knowing other were waiting behind you. The pictures come in a bag and after leaving we looked at this god awful poorly printed items. They looked nothing like what was on the screen and are so dark, one of them you couldn't even see who was on them. So if you are planning of getting photos take them yourself.

Brilliant place to visit. It was amazing and staff make you feel welcome. Catering for wheelchair users so they get just as good experience as an able bodied person gets a massive thumbs up and the photo packages are so good value. The best part for me was having a drink in the rovers return and flying into the sky with iron man. There are many more but I'll leave you to experience them when you go because its so worth it.

First ever visit to Madame Tussauds and it was superb. My 5ry old son and 4yr old daughter absolutely loved their time here ( we didn't know how they would be, with all the walking around and we didn't know if this would be there thing) it was so lovely to see how much fun they were having and having their pictures taking with all the wax works. We spent around 2hrs and it was 2hrs of pure fun and laughs. The wax works them selves are really good. Good value for money and I would highly recommend visiting. The venue was very clean throughout and the staff were friendly. Thanks for the memories.

Enjoyed my day here. Took loads of photos with the wax figures and we enjoyed our day. The tour wasn’t overly busy which was a bonus. Staff were helpful and you were left to your own devices to explore the building. A great day out! And a great weekend spent in Blackpool.

Visited yesterday and had nice time. Took us about an hour from start to finish and was good fun. Quite a few people kids will recognise also. The majority are very lifelike. Definitely recommend it if visiting Blackpool.

Great time to spend an hour or two but some of the waxwork of people were nothing like who it meant to be. Got toilet and a bar (rovers return) and if not busy, you can pay at the door. Took lots of photos but just uploaded a few.

Great day out had by the whole family. Booked tickets in advance for 10am when it opened and spent a good 2 hours walking round and sitting in the Rovers for a wee cheeky drink

Booked our time slot is so it wasn't crowded. There was so much to see, our 11 year old loved it as she got to see her heroes. She made a wax model of her hand. All the staff were so friendly and patient with her lol. Would recommend a visit.

Used our Merlin Cards (otherwise £14-20 odd entry fee) to get in. Fantastic venue with very little queueing (weekday morning) and very little crowds (unlike London venue). Smaller venue than London, but just as good and entertaining. Fun for all the family (10 -68 year old). Be aware, no parking. Strongly suggest parking in one of the many council car parks

We didn't initially book this to visit. However, we decided to when we arrived at Blackpool on our Pic n mix tickets. We were not disappointed and had lots of fun from strictly come dancing to Ant n Dec to trying to pull out Thor's Hammer with a good pint in The Rovers Return! This experience took us around 90 minutes as a group of 6. We booked this in advance with a Pic n Mix tickets.

So much to see and do here. Have to say. Well worth the visit. Pre book a must. Allow lots of time. Thought this was way better than the one in London. So glad we choose to go.

It was great experience showing kids that it takes so much effort to make the wax statues. They were amazed to see the process and time of making them.

Great place to visit while in Blackpool! It takes around 1.5 hours to do the full tour round, a bit longer if you stop in the Rovers for a pint! Lots of exhibitions, with something relevant to all ages of the family, from the youngest to the oldest. Quality and experience is first class. Pre-booked tickets are recommended, as you get to pick your own entry time to suit your schedule. It is very easy to book and pay for online.

It was a good experience, thought there would be more and recent celebs to see. Was a good couple of hours and the group liked it took alot of photos but I was expecting more like when I was a child. I would suggest getting tickets on li e because if you have them then it is straight in no waiting only mega positive for me. There is wheel chair access and lifts to go between floors which really good.

Recently visited Madame Tussauds for the first time. It was definitely a blast seeing all these popular BBC (I believe) shows and life like statues was certainly a unique Blackpool experience. And for anyone wanting a nice drink, there's a small bar in the EastEnders section. If I recall correctly, they served some food and drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) so it's a nice little place to pit stop if you need anything. Additionally, at the end there is a small games section with vending machines, some games and a rather pretty view of Center Pier (and the surrounding area) to admire while you relax or have a snack. Overall a great experience and highly recommended, especially with friends or family.

I wasn't really happy with the museum. It's a bit small. Beware the pictures they take for you are £15 even if you want them digital. The best way the royal part, Beatles, and ET, that's about it ends for me.

Great day out for all ages with disabled access. Staff are warm and welcoming. Fantastic experience from the time you walk through the door to the end! The Rover's Return Pub wow what an experience to enjoy a drink and snack with the Corrie gang 😂 Lots of great opportunities for unique and creative photos to take. Well worth the visit

Very good lay out think it could do with updating as a lot of old characters. Some of the ones in there could also do with updates too. But it is a fair day out if you have a discount ticket to include other attractions. Worth a visit however just to say been there too...

Great place for fun, you can use photo captions as props. Had a pint in the rovers return. That was a bit surreal!! Great place for wheelchair users I had a guy in the lift on every floor. Very helpful.

Great experience. Did think it would have more & be longer. We didn’t rush through but only spent one hour or so in there I’m a celeb get me out of here area is great, the rovers return is a fan favourite, being an actual bar, and the ET bike is a great photo opp! No real ques for photos meant it was kinda first come first serve TOP TIP: they do the best value multi attraction ticket on the Madame tausdauds website

Had a brilliant time in the Blackpool one. Staff were so friendly. Especially Francis, he did the pub quiz and sang happy birthday to a little lad. Absolutely recommend it and I will be going back. Favorite piece was Michael Jackson. X

Better than I was suspecting. I visited a waxworks years ago when exhibits were behind barriers and could not be touched but this exhibition was interactive and you could not only touch the exhibits but take photos of them and with them. Well worth a visit.

Lots of fun waxworks. Lots of interactions activities. The waxworks are mostly British personalities. You move around on your own pace and can take picture's

Visited this afternoon with my other half and what a fantastic place to visit for an hour or 2, great Waxworks and lots of photo ops taken. I'm a massive Dr who Fan so when I saw Jodi Whitaker and the Tardis I had to take a selfie with her and it may not be the real Jodi but it is a close second. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience Madame Tussauds Nathan
