Attentive, helpful, polite and caring staff made our stay a happy one. Entertainment in the evening was excellent. There was a delicious choice of freshly cooked food and in the dining room waiting staff Esther and Kevin went above and beyond to provide an efficient and always cheerful service. o

Five star Blackpool hotel. Refurbished rooms are lovely! Food to a very good standard. The staff make this place a place you want to return. Every member of staff from housekeeping to entertainers put in the that bit extra. Should out to all the restaurant staff. It is no easy task feeding the herds at breakfast and dinner but they make it appear a breeze.

There were bedbugs in the beds, our friends staying in another room woke up with bed bugs all over them, and a hand full of blood. She had to boil her clothes and buy new ones. Their room did get changed but not immediately. We couldn’t sleep there another night. We also found bed bugs in our bed, hair in the shower and mould. This was less than ideal, as we paid to stay there for an intense dance competition and risked our expensive dance kit being infested. I would never stay here again, and has put me off Blackpool as a place.

Brilliant hotel they was 3 of us we went all inclusive worth the money. Staff was all very friendly they made you feel very welcome. Food was lovely. Hotel was very clean even the outside was where you could have a drink. We will be booking there again.

Room basic but clean and tidy. Hotel is in a great location, mid way between pleasure Park and Blackpool Tower. Nightly live entertainment, very reasonable pricing for upgrades from room only to fully comprehensive stay includes all meals, bar and 4 course gala dinner and show.The most impressive part of stay is the excellent helpful, friendly and professional staff. You not possibly ask for better. Over all HIGHLY recommended.

My mother and her friends have just come back from a stay at this hotel. They was looking forward to having a long weekend away however they have never been more disappointed in the state of the hotel and they have never felt more humiliated with the way they had been treated due to their disabilities. Upon arrival they was originally told they only had 7 stairs to climb to get to the lift they then didn’t say there was more stairs for them to get to their room. There was around 14 steps after this to get to one of the rooms.Each individual has limited ability walking so they really struggle with stairs. One of the members of the party had hired a mobility scooter as she has limited mobility and requires a scooter to get around. The day after she went into the hotel and was told by James on the reception “out” she was told she was not allowed the mobility scooter in the hotel and to ring the company up so they could take it back. To which she had no choice but to ring the company she had got it from to come and remove it. She has never been made to feel so humiliated and discriminated against due to her disability. She wasn’t the only individual who had hired a wheelchair and was told they wasn’t allowed it although there is a clear sign saying “hire me”. If anybody who has a disability is thinking of going to this hotel in the next few days, or even weeks, my mum and friends would not recommend as it is not mobility friendly in the slightest, or even caring towards anyones individuals needs. They have never felt so discriminated

From arrival until we left it was a wonderful experience. All the staff was very helpful and polite. Food was excellent. So enjoyable we will be returning in September

Been to Seabank many times & it has become a favourite. Staff so very helpful from start to finish James the manager is such a great people's person. Staff work so hard. Be back with you all soon.

Spotlessly clean and friendly hotel. Enjoyed 2 nights trip to Blackpool. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Only stayed room only, small single, bed wardrobe table and chair. Nice modern and clean bathroom toilet sink and shower. Good location for everything in Blackpool. Well done everyone.

Oh wow where do I start, first of all. Parking wasn't amazing parked behind hotel with very very limited parking however when we got there I booked for 1 guest and was told I could add another without any hassle. Spoke to James the manager and looked after us and I don't mean just for checking in the whole stay. Staff was so friendly. When we sat in the bar it was very cosy reasonable priced and the staff kept walking round offerent quality streets out which was sweet. The guy behind the bar. Do t know his name but was dressed smartly and appropriate. Friendly and was helpful. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone

Good seafront hotel. Decent sized rooms. Very quiet. Didn't eat in so cannot comment. Very helpful staff. Decently priced drinks with entertainment.

Food great but hotel very dated and run down. Most of the staff were great bur reception. Was a shambles. We had to wait 2 hours while our room was mad ready and the woman on reception was rude. We will never go back to the cattle market The SEABANK

Second time staying, no issues last time, this time, had a rubbish room facing onto a building were staff smoked and litter including dirty underpants on a ledge. Place was very busy and on leaving plenty of complaints made. Plusnote is good location and entertainment is good

Excellent staff. Very helpful .Ester and her restaurant staff were excellent .Anything on menu you don't like they offer an alternative .Breakfast and lunch was great .Rooms were cleaned every day Entertainment was excellent. The hotel needs an upgrade .All in all a great holiday .

Excellent service. Food good. Enough variety. Helpful friendly staff. Great entertainment every night. Only one grumble. Twice bedroom door wouldn't lock but overall no complaints. Geoff the night porter very cheerful and helpful also chris a good laugh. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Rosanne and Terry Scotland.

Where to start. The room was not as advertised not one picture of the room we was put in. Woke up to more than three of us in the room several bedbugs.absolutly disgusted told reception not even bothered. Will advise against anyone wanting to stay not even a sorry!

HOTEL GOOD, 1 Restaurant Manager very aggressive to me and my wife rest of the staff good communication about first aid about a old man in trouble, this manager could not tel me if any first aid staff on shift at this time, to me isn't a good manager for health and safety off holiday person around this person,, all good for the rest of the staff, bar 1???

Another great stay at this hotel, the staff are superb, very friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic however would benefit from a better fan or air conditioning for the hot weather especially with the sea view rooms. Food was lovely as always and great entertainment too. Thanks again for another great stay.
