This
hotel
made
my
stay
enjoyable
especially
because
the
city
disappointed
a
little
-
It
was
not
what
I
was
expecting.
It
is
located
in
the
centre
of
the
town
which
is
walking
distance
from
the
restaurants,
the
city
centre,
banks,
coffee
shops,
convenience
stores,
bus
station
and
the
piers.
I
believe
I
saw
a
police
station
also.
It
literally
takes
you
less
than
12
minutes
walking.
We
did
not
need
an
Uber
to
go
anywhere.
Coming
off
the
cold
streets
from
the
bus
station,
the
entrance
was
nice
and
warm
to
defrost,
the
lobby
was
clean
and
the
check
in
machines
topped
it
off.
Check-in
was
seamless,
though
I
need
a
little
assistance
with
my
key.
I
literally
checked
in
under
7
minutes.
Security
appears
to
be
a
top
priority
as
you
need
your
room
key
to
get
on
the
elevator,
then
again
once
your
off
the
elevator
to
get
to
your
room.
The
room
exceeded
my
expectation.
It
was
clean,
very
modern
and
the
bedding
are
so
comfortable.
Stayed
for
two
nights
and
slept
good
both
nights.
The
only
concern
was
(unless
I
missed
something),
there
was
no
phone
in
the
room
which
I
believe
now
is
a
British
thing
because
this
is
the
second
hotel
I’ve
been
in
that
didn’t
have
any.
In
addition
to
that,
I
did
not
see
a
note
with
instructions
to
call
front
desk.
The
one
thing
that
can
be
improved
is
front
desk
to
give
a
brief
verbal
orientation
or
run
through
to
guests
upon
checkin
noting
how
to
contact
front
desk
and
also
two
keys
should
be
given.
Internet:
The
free
internet
is
horribly
slow,
but
if
you
require
more
bandwidth,
you
have
to
pay
for
it.
Which
I
needed
to
do
to
watch
an
NBA
playoff
game.
Food:
I’ve
only
had
breakfast
which
was
£9.50
per
person
that
I
believe
is
a
bit
much
but
there
were
a
lot
of
choices
so
it
wasn’t
so
bad.
The
food
was
good,
hot
and
freshly
made.
The
chef
and
hostesses
were
very
friendly
and
helpful.
This
needed
to
be
booked
in
advance.
If
I
do
visit
Blackpool,
I
would
stay
in
this
hotel
again
or
consider
any
premium
inn
property.
