It's not often one would describe a visit to the dentist as expectional, but here I go. The entire team Dr. Matthews has put together interacts seamlessly. The kindness and the genuine caring from each staff member I encountered let me know that I was being "cared for" not just being "treated'. The kindness staff show towards each other conveys competence and a high level of professionalism! My procedure was complex utilizing the latest technology. Dr. Matthews is highly skilled. He explains the procedure in easy to understand terms. All the staff is very open to any questions you might have. I really valued this aspect of my experience. I think the best compliment I could convey is as follows, I have several more procedures ahead and I'm looking forward to them! Yikes! Never thought I would have said that!😄 Go NRVD!

I had a great experience today at NRV DENTAL 🪥 All of the staff here are great. They treat me like a queen. I get so nervous at dentist appointments but they make it easy. Dr. Matthews l well he is great. He keeps me calm because he is calm and easy going. I recommend him to everybody.

I have always had a great experience at this dentist! The staff is genuinely very nice and always remember names! The doctor is very kind and to the point. They all care about teeth health! One time I needed a quick appointment for a chipped tooth, and they were very quick and accommodating!

The front staff, Dr. Matthews, and all the dental professionals at New River Dental are top notch. These guys are fantastic and caring. I avoided the dentist for years after an unpleasant experience.
