Super laid back, friendly service with great customer service. Very solid, tasty dishes. The prices outstanding for the portion sizes. A very enjoyable visit to the Cellar

First visit in several years as an alumnus. Drinks are still reasonably priced and the food was good! It was quiet when arriving, but rapidly got busier and crowded as dinner hours progressed. Definitely still popular, nice to see.

This is a cool place to stop. We really liked the spinach and artichoke dip and the grilled cheese and tomato soup were just okay. Service was pretty slow after we were done eating and waiting for the check, but the server we had was very nice. The restaurant seemed to get busier as the lunch hour went on, so I understand. But overall, we had fun!

Food was terrific. Very well seasoned. I got the mushroom ravioli and my wife got eggplant parm. Atmosphere wasn't bad but it could have been a little more cozy. Overall a very nice hole in the wall restaurant.

I was in Blacksburg for three days and ate at The Cellar twice! Actually, I tried once more but they were just too busy. The wait staff was extremely attentive for being as busy as they were. The food was fresh and delicious. The bread was crispy on the outside but was squishy soft on the inside. I ate the Greek veggie sub the first night and the Margarita Pizza on the last night. I loved both but if I had to choose a favorite it would have to be the pizza. The Cellar is well worth the wait!

We stopped in while in the area shopping, and it seemed like a decent local eatery close to the college to try. It was very relaxed, we wandered in and seated ourselves. It took a bit for service, but the waitress was pleasant and the food was okay. The ravioli was well presented but not home-made, or atleast it tasted frozen? Either way, they have a lot to chose from, and a good beer selection and the prices were reasonable. Its within walking distance of some other shops so it's convenient.

Really fun restaurant. Came here with a group of friends and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was really good. The portion sizes were really big, you can share a lot of the food options. For example, the Calzone that I ordered was easily sharable with another person. Overall, the food was good, the service was great and we would love to come back

I thought this was going to be an "okay" campus hangout. Maybe--with really good food. The pasta was done right, the sauce was simple and so good, the egg plant had a light coating and an almost creamy consistency. The salad was varied and fresh. The servings were generous, very. Our server seemed a little new, but he was very pleasant and worked hard to please.

Went here for the first time since i was here with a friend on campus. Short walk, and was a nice place inside. I had the 1/2 burger, you’ll definitely want to order medium over medium well as it still didn’t have pink in it(i ordered medium). Friend got a hawaiin pizza, she said it was good! The only negative was the guy never refilled our drinks. We had them empty by the time our food got there and he never asked/came back with refills. But good food and good location!

This place has awesome variety of food from pasta to Greek food to seafood and the portions are very big and filling. Flavor of the food is great and food is very fresh service is always good. The waitress was very helpful with the my dairy allergy and helped decided what to order. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. They had quite a selection. This is our go to place for great food and service whenever we are in Blacksburg.

Enjoyed an evening dinner. The food was good and our server was great, thus my 5-star rating. Best part was the attached beer store where I found tons of great beer. Special shout out to Donnie for helping. Y'all have an awesome establishment.

My family and I enjoyed our first time dining together at Cellar Restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was energetic, and the food was good, hot and rustic. We received first class service from our waiter named Manny and he treated us like old friends. Thank you Manny and staff!! We will come back and visit again! God bless, from the Vs!

I recently dined at Cellar Restaurant in Blacksburg and overall had a delightful experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was excellent. The menu offered a diverse selection, and the dishes were well-presented. However, I did notice that the asparagus in my dish didn't seem as fresh as I expected. Despite this minor flaw, the overall dining experience was satisfying, and I would still recommend it to others.

Great spot downtown with a nice and relaxed vibe. Came here with a few friends for dinner and would definitely come back! I got the chicken souvlaki kabobs, which were cooked very well. Neither the asparagus nor the chicken were dry, and the rest of my friends were also very happy with what they got. Service was great, except their default tip options for when you pay were 25, 23, and 22% which is definitely questionable.

Absolutely delicious Greek dining, with a focus on pizza and pasta. Everything is delicious and high-quality. Their Greek spaghetti might be one of my favorite meals ever. Pizzas are customizable with lots of options, and they have a large alcohol selection as well.
