Literally could’ve robbed the entire establishment blind. No one came up to the front and no one bothered to answer the phone. I’m kind of disappointed that I took the time to walk all the way out here....

I just moved from Milwaukee, WI and I ate JJ's there regularly. This is my first JJ's sub in Virginia and y'all ... this is the best and dankest JJ's sandwich I've ever had, hands down! They didn't skimp on the toppings, nor the extras requested. JJ's in Milwaukee had me giving up on the chain altogether, but this JJ's in Blacksburg, VA? Straight up, religious revival 😂! First time ever there tonight I stopped in after a long day at 11:40pm the guys were really helpful and attentive right away explaining customer favorites etc. the subs were great my wife & I loved them I called back to let them know they’re doing a great job. Keep it up I will be returning!

This is a great place to go if you're looking for a decent sandwich, right after you order it. They definitely live up to their motto of freaky fast, for delivery or ordering in the store, so there's no complaints there. After finishing up at the bars, this is also an awesome place to go pick up some drunk food, since it will certainly not disappoint. Pro tip, they sell their day old bread for a quarter and it's well worth the cost, again, making for some awesome drunk food

Every time I order from here something isn't right on the order. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered two country clubs, added onion, cut in half, specified napkins on both subs. Neither sub was cut, one didn't any have tomato or onion and no napkins in the bag. It doesn't do any good to be "fresk fast" if the order is not made correctly. If this was a rare occurrence I wouldn't even review it but I stopped ordering some time ago because it was always a pain to not get what you ordered and then have to call and complain or deal with it. I ordered last week and it was spot on except for forgetting to cut it in half. So today I decided to order again and it was a huge miss. If the order isn't accurate how fast you make it doesn't matter. Edit: reduced to one star because I filled out the little thing the corporate rep sent me and was supposed to be contacted by store and they never contacted me.

Hands down the fastest Jimmy John's I've ever been too. Almost always get my sandwich before I even finish paying. Staff are super friendly. It's my go-to between class lunch for sure. Oh & delivery is fast too!

As we all know, Superfast service. Most stores I'm sure provide that. But this store has something extra. The people that work there are putting out sandwiches that are the bomb! There's a guy here that makes a veggie sandwich that is unbelievable. Check it out! You won't go wrong.

This is a good, solid location. Sandwiches always arrive in a super timely manner and they're never flung together haphazardly. The delivery drivers are friendly and pleasant. On a few occasions, cookies/chips were missing from orders, but they're extra quick to fix it and get any missing goodies back out. This is a location that really practices excellent customer service!

Directions did not prepare me for where I would have to park. Loved it though. They did great!

not much if a selection. I ordered the tuna salad sub. the roll was hard and the tuna salad made me sick.

This location has gotten my online order wrong on numerous occasions and staff tend to act offended upon being corrected….
