    Not the best. Guacamole had unripe, LARGE chunks of avocado. Everything tasted great in my sofritas bowl, except the fajita veggies were raw bell peppers lol.

    Always good food, but DO NOT mobile order here. Recently, my mobile orders have been 10 mins late minimum, sometimes up to an hour. No real apology. I'm rooting for the people who work here, they just really need to tighten up their order prioritization and customer service.

    Ordered several times through mobile app. Double chicken gets really salty like put into the ocean for years. Double steak only gets pieces that can be counted by fingers. Mobile order takes forever to complete.

    Some Chipotle locations have the tendency to somehow accidentally get spiciness into things that should not be spicy, and this was one of them. I don't know if they shared a spicy spoon with something they shouldn't have, or if whoever was working on the cooking went heavy handed with a spicy ingredient, but the end result was inconsistent with what you'd expect from a Chipotle. My kids and I had a hard time with it. That was disappointing, but not enough to bring it below 4 stars. I will probably avoid this location in the future though.

    This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Management needs a serious overhaul. They are consistently out of critical items such as fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn etc. I don't think I've ever been to this location and seen all the menu items available. They also stop preparing new food hours before closing. I used to work at Chipotle, and we generally shut down the grill at 9-9:30pm. I've seen this place run out of food items at 7pm and not bother to make more, despite the fact they are open for three more hours. I used to run the risk of going here for the sake of convenience, but I've had enough and will never be coming back.

    NEVER GO HERE IN THE MORNING!!! I was standing at the restaurant for over 15 minutes around 10:45 AM, only for an employee to tell me that they weren’t serving in person orders until noon. This is baffling, as they clearly had the staffing for it, and there was no signage posted indicating that. As someone with sensory processing issues, this is not something I am equipped to easily handle, and I ended up having a severe panic attack as a result of this incident. I love chipotle, but from now on, I will be taking by business to the other location in Blacksburg. So frustrated and disappointed!!!

    My Oma moves faster than these people. The employees at this location look dead inside. None of them smiled even once. Was third in line and 30 min later got my food. Guac was frozen… yuck. Rice clumpy… peppers barely cooked. Bring on the AI workers because this was trash.

    I overall really like this Chipotle. I live closer to the Main St location, but prefer the food and service at this one. Everyone who works there has been really kind and helpful, and I have no complaints regarding service. I will say that it feels like corporate is not doing enough to support this busy location. They’re often understaffed, which is a problem everywhere, but more often than not they run out of lots of items. It would be great if the employees were treated better so that they could hire more people.

    Was here for the $6 entree since the customer service line said they're now accepting it in person. For some reason, once I got to the front of the line they tell us that they're no longer accepting the in store discount. Even showed the staff the call and they said "yeah maybe at other stores but not here" even though they were accepting the deal earlier. Not sure what the problem was, maybe the staff is racist or something.

    This was the first chipotle I ever visited in Hokie Nation, all the way back in early 2018. But after my experience a few months ago, I'm not returning to this location ever again. It all began when I entered the restaurant and noticed they were taking online orders only. Okay, no biggie. So I used the restroom after which I ordered online. After which I got the sense that something wasn't quite right. Turns out -- and an announcement from someone who I was assuming was the manager made it official -- the restaurant had to abruptly shut down, they could no longer fulfill orders, and instructions were given out on how to obtain a refund. And that wasn't even the worst part. As I was leaving, the manager was a few steps ahead of me and decided to lock the door I was going to use to exit the restaurant, a second or two before I was going to use it. "Aren't you going to let me out?" I asked her. Bottom line: Avoid the Prices Fork Road Chipotle.

    Everytime I go there it's on line orders only. Not everyone does on line. to turn away a walk in customer is rude. Waste my entire lunch just to find out you want serve me Angers me.

    Usually this place is awesome… the best one to go to. But my latest visit (2/2) was upsetting. No tables were clean, straw wrappers and food on the floor, food behind the glass at serving was all over the place… employees working that night were subpar. 3 people came in at 845 pm and one employee legit said “where did all these people come from, going to need some of you to leave”. Employee probably didn’t realize how audible that was. Out of some ingredients but it was kinda close to closing so that’s fine. Food was still good but was just not impressed with atmosphere. If I were a manger and walked into my restaurant in that condition…I would have been livid

    First, last and worst experience ever. Everything was stale, burrito wrap, rice, dirty counters, chips had over a months worth of salt per chip, wait staff at the end was told we were missing part of our order, told us it was in there and just walked away. I had to call another staff member over. Just save yourself and go to Moe's.

    Most restaurants have had a large drop in service, but IMHO, none more than Chipotle. This particular location is horrible. In my most recent visit every available table was dirty, they are out of white rice, cheese, guacamole, and ice. The soda is flat, all the juices are empty, and no one seems to notice. The main issue is there is no one in charge to provide direction. It is such a shame to witness.

    Staff has that idc attitude the day before. We also went in around 10pm, and they were already cleaning up, food away, and they didn't close until 11. I get it that it's late. But us 2nd shift folk just trying to get a bite. Cleaning up and putting away food 1 hour before closing is a bit much.

    Prices are a bit on the higher side. I really enjoy their bowls and queso. This location is often out of items and even at one point they were only accepting online orders. Wait for online orders has been long at times. Ordering there is usually efficient. Great restaurant for healthier fast food options.

    When we had arrived at 6:45 PM, there were signs indicating that the location was only taking digital/delivery orders, which isn't an issue in and of itself The issues is the fact that the digital kitchen appears to have been closed already at that point. We were unable to make a digital order through the Chipotle app. We had tried as well in the UberEats app with no success. It was difficult to tell at the time - we were willing to accept that this was a problem with the mobile app, until it was announced at 7:15 that they were out of rice and closing their kitchen This review is not to complain about the employees of this locations, who were working their hardest to get orders done. I have to imagine this was rather poor planning on the part of some sort of management. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know how the inner workings of a Chipotle, but this seemed a serious breakdown 3 hours before the listed closing

    Going to this location is a gamble every time! Over half the times I go, they are either online only, or they are out of half of their menu. Online orders also take way longer than it tells you on the app, so don't rush to get there.

    It’s wonderful IF you are ordering online. And from now on that’s all I’m doing. There have been nights when we go to get Chipotle and are told they are only doing online orders. And that’s okay, understandable as they are short staffed. However, tonight they had a sign that they were “out of” certain things when in reality it was for online orders only. I would’ve gladly gotten out of the three-person line and ordered online instead, but the food had already started being made by the time I realized the sign was not totally accurate. And while a different employee was making an online order, who got the “out of” items, I was told no. It makes it awkward for customers and employees, and I really feel for them. There needs to be an improvement in management it seems, and permanent signs just need to be made that this Chipotle is “online orders only” instead of changing every night. It’s not fair to walk-in customers or the employees running the line.

    This has to be the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is highly UNprofessional. I am currently waiting in line because they have to make more rice of all things. Last time i was here i had purchased their last bag of chips. The wait time for rice was originally 5-10min. Now she has come back 10 min. later to say it will be 20 min. If the place isn’t packed with a line wrapped around just don’t even bother.

    I love Chipotle food, and the location here is convenient. Unfortunately, they’ve got serious problems that I think is likely attributable to management. They’re nearly always out of some critical ingredient. Fajita veggies are only available about 50% of the time. Can’t blame supply chain issues, I see plenty of peppers & onions at the grocery stores. They very randomly close to in-store orders, and only accept online orders. It’s weird because you can still go in and eat in the dining room, but it’s a lot less convenient and there’s a about a 40% chance that something about your order is wrong. Your better off going to the Christiansburg location. They have some of the same problems, but less often.

    2 stars because the delivery and service are just fine, but this food is terrible. I have tried to eat from this place at least four different times, and every time it's awful. I just ordered a Keto Salad Bowl. $25 after delivery and tip, for this wad of gristly steak, avocado that wasn't even smashed up, and this bright red sauce that has no flavor but "hot". If you enjoy paying a premium for lettuce backbones and a few pieces of cold gristle, this is for you! I'm not doing this to myself again.

    Ordered two salad based bowls online. When I picked up no mention of being out of anything. Got home and orders missing rice and fajitas though receipt correct. One order selected veggie fajitas instead of meat, yet no mention of being out of veggies fajita. So order was literally lettuce and salsa. Unreal. Went back to store and was advised white rice is only for online orders. It was an online order. Wait, why do you hold things online for online orders? This place needs serious help.

    Will never order from this branch again! It takes literally an hour to get your order ready! You order online to save time but it turns out the opposite. if you have a toddler with you be ready for lots of whining. Its not something new. This delay been going for months now!!

    NEVER order from this Chipotle at peak hours, they will not make your food on time. You might get your food on time if it’s at a weird time of day - but lunch or dinner, don’t even bother. This is like the 6th time this semester I’ve had a 30min+ delay on my order

    DO NOT MOBILE ORDER!!!!! They're always way behind even on not super busy days (like 30 mins behind) makes much more sense to just order there unless you want to wait a really long time. They get irritated if you ask about your mobile so don’t bother service isn’t great but the food is yum so that’s why I gave 3/5.

    Service here is not good. I don't know what it is, but it takes FOREVER to get mobile orders. Over an hour plus even when the app or online says 15 minutes. I understand it's difficult for people working there, but there must be a better way to limit incoming online orders, or just not have it available when they're at peak time. It's frustrating when you have to keep to a schedule and are hangry. Last mobile order was also just messed and mixed up. I'd go somewhere else if you're not wanting to wait 1+ hour and potentially not have the right meal you ordered.
