Usually busy and the order taker can get overwhelmed/tired They do keep the line going though and take care of their customers even during a rush! 😁😎❤️🙏 I'm lovin' it!😋

I come here all the time but this time they really messed up. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon but they only give me a regular quarter pounder. I went back to get it fixed but when I did, they took my receipt and my burger/fries and replaced my burger with something that isn't even a quarter pounder. It was just a burger with 2 thin slice of patty. I felt like I just got robbed. Can I just get my money back?

This is my favorite McDonalds! The staff here are always busy, yet they never make a mistake with my complex requests! My food is always hot and made fast! Love this team here! Every chicken sandwich should come with Mac sauce! Lol -AT&T MGR Matt

Great service and food here today. Staff was very polite and professional. Dining room was clean. Sandwiches were great! First visit and would definitely return!

Food always fresh work at Menards across the street and Fry's always good even when they are slow has to have great management and workers keep it up

This is my first time i go there and i got 2 mcChicken so the one on the right side of the picture tasted weird it doesn’t even taste like a regular McChicken, and not even the spicy one its even the meat looks dark, and the one on the left side tastes like a fish sandwich so i don’t know if they cooked it in same oil, will definitely never go back 👎

Ordered 5 sandwhiches total and a large fry. Fries are soggy and luke warm at best and the sandwhiches are smashed. Just stating if you dont like what your doing change your job change the way you work and dont be that guy got it have a pleasant day

They will get your order wrong. Then they will make you feel bad about asking for the correct food.

Definitely top notch nightstaff at drive thru, just before closing tonight, this staff was the best I've seen in a long time, sir that tooky order at window helped me get my app right, sir giving me my order gave my fur-baby a pup cup, ma'am cleaning in the back ground ...everyone was so on point, my food was fast... Very genuine staff here at this location, I could feel the energy. Please reach out to this shift tonight and extend our application big time. Highly recommend thank you guys after a long day to see such great service, that truly was genuinely from there hearts.

Food is very unhealthy however, The round eggs are real eggs. I only have a biscuit and a round egg MAYBE once or twice a year

The man who took our order was rude, and got the order wrong, we told the ladies at the 2nd window the caucasian lady was rude sorry I don’t remember her name. The new lady was very nice and tried to make it right. Before getting yelled at by the rude lady.

Stopped in after 9 pm had fast service. Staff seemed to be in good spirits.🙂

Kiosks never work anymore. Not sure why.

I used to love this location but I don't know if there was a recent staff or management change but they've gone down hill a lot, I get the same thing every time and they always find a way to mess it up, the only thing I ask for is extra onions and no pickle on my burger and it's either no onions at all or extra pickles. The tipping point for today was that there was no salt on the fries? And I knew they werent just made and forgotten bc they were hard and lukewarm. If management could it together that'd be great, I don't know why I bother coming here anymore other then for breakfast, seems to be the only time they have competent staff.

Friendly and efficient staff, cashier told us about promotion for fries. Very clean. I have not been to a McDonald's in years, and it was a good experience.

They did not give me all the food I ordered and paid for. Make sure you double check before leaving! This is the second time McDonald's messed up my order.

We usually come to this location on our way home. Today we stopped there about 1pm. We went inside and ordered from the kiosk a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal. It should've been simple but it took about 15 mins before our order was ready. And there's practically no one inside. The kid just put it on the counter didn't even call out the order #. Luckily I was standing at the front area and just saw her put the food on the counter. Also, they must've remodeled the place because it looks totally different from what it did a couple of years ago. And there's no more refills. For a billion dollar company, they're being really stingy. A senior citizen went up to the counter and asked for refill and was told they don't have that anymore. Disappointed! Do better.

Just grabbed a late lunch and it was great. Chicken sandwich fries and nuggets were perfect. The lady’s smile and Politeness who handed us our food was amazing as well.
