I've been here twice since I moved to Minnesota in February. The girls are so good at squeezing you into their already busy schedule. Not only that, but they do very thorough manicures. I love the matte nails they do for me! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this nail spot for a while and the service I got after being a regular customer was very disappointing. I was charged a regular full set price for a fill and when I asked why the nail tech became very upset and wouldn’t speak to me. Someone from the back came out and tried to explain the price but couldn’t explain the whole reason in detail. I payed and then left but my nails began to burn a few weeks later and went to get them off and I had terrible burns and rings of fire on my nail beds and one of my nails was nearly burned in half. I’ve always had healthy nails and this experience completely ruined them. The nails were extremely hard to get off my self and for the nail tech it was very slimy and gewy which is not the usual case for acrylic it’s usually more like junky powder. Not sure what they put on my nails but I’ve never seen it before. Will not be coming back

Went in today to get a fill, and they attended me real fast and the male nail tech worked very fast on my nails and was very aggressive while handling my hands/fingers, he did not take his time on his job and did not file my nails so they are very bumping uneven.

I've always great service ever time I've been here. Very friendly and helpful. The nails are great quality and strong no problems or complaints.

I had such an amazing experience here! I had to make an appointment last minute, and they were very accommodating. Kathy, the super sweet lady who did my nails was amazing! She was kind, carried a conversation, and gave me exactly what I wanted.

I've been going to Beauty Nails for about 1.5 years now and they've increased prices on their gel fill 3 times in 1.5 years. It went from $30.00 dollars to $45.00 in $5.00 increments each time. I understand everything has gone up, but 15 dollars in 1.5 years for a fill is crazy! They also pressure you to use cash and my guess is because they don't have to claim the taxes on it. Today, during my fill, I was asked if I'm using cash or card, I responded with card with a cash tip. The nail tech then asked if I could get cash from the atm at their store and he would pay the atm fee I incurred. He gave me $4.00 cash. I pulled the money and paid and tipped him. If you want to entice people to pay cash so you don't have to claim the taxes, offer them a discount on your services. After 1.5 years of continued service, I will not be going back to Beauty Nails!

The staff is quick and attentive. Even though I walked in during a busy time without an appointment, they accommodated me promptly. Thank you, Beauty Nails, I will definitely be back next time

I have been coming here for years. I go to Cammy. She is quick, but great at her work and very detailed. She cares about her customers and making you happy. I'm a perfectionist and never have an issue with the work she does. I bring my family and friends here and they like the service as well. No complaints. They have remodeled their shop and are usually busy so I recommend making an appointment so you don't have to sit and wait for service.

I have been getting my nails done here for years and started bringing my daughter a couple years ago. We have standing appointments every 3 weeks to ensure we get a spot. He runs an very friendly, welcoming and clean salon. I recommend 13/10.

Unfortunately one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. My nail tech was rushing for no reason, yanking my fingers and wrists around, not gentle at all, cut my pinky open, made my cuticles bleed, and a few of my nails are crooked. The nail tech also was answering phone calls on her personal cell phone during my service which is extremely rude when you have a customer that’s paying for a service. They were inconsistent with their pricing as well, I got charged $5 extra for the tech to shape my nail??? I also went with my friend and they didn’t seat us together and the tech kept yelling at me to face her fully instead of turning my head trying to talk to my friend. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Was seen at time of appointment. Although the nail specialist didn’t speak much English, it was nice to relax and have my nails done beautifully! My cuticles were trimmed up. It has been awhile since I have been, I like the update of the salon. Price was compatible. Thank you. Awesome work!

Disappointed in the service I received for a highly rated nail salon. The woman was very rude the entire time towards me. She kept pushing for gel on my toes, that I didn’t want. She went extremely fast through my pedicure and didn’t even put the dividers between my toes so they smudged right on my skin. Very unprofessional. Not friendly. Would not recommend this place.

Love this place! Came in to get my nails fix from it being messed up at another salon and they did not disappoint at all. It’s a very clean and professional place everyone is nice. I wouldn’t go to any other place!!!

I have never once come away unhappy with the treatments provided in all that time! All the staff at nail salon are lovely, professional and make you feel welcome. I would recommend the salon to absolutely anyone, worth every penny!!

I’m so glad I found this wonderful place! I had the best experience tonight. Called late afternoon for an appointment and they fit me in the same evening. I love that they stay open late so I don’t have to rush after work! Cammy did my gel manicure. She was so meticulous, it looks perfect. Then I had a great pedicure from Kathy. She was so nice and I enjoyed our conversation. Everything was so clean, too. I highly recommend Beauty Nails! Thank you, Cammy and Kathy!

Leon was amazing! Very patient and great to talk to! My nails look amazing and he talked me into getting gel and found the exact color I was looking for. All though he told me the gel would last longer and mg nails started falling off after a week. I haven’t been doing anything to damage or hurt them, so I’m pretty disappointed. Hopefully they will redo them for me when I come back from vacation!

My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience at Beauty Nails. We were greeted immediately upon arrival. We were pampered as we got the best pedicure, followed by a gel manicure that was heavenly. The salon is clean and calming. The color selection for nails is impressive.
