Put in a mobile order, waited 10 mins, and then went inside. They didn't start our order until I asked about it after using the bathroom. All trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom floors were covered in toilet paper, and the kitchen is absolutely disgusting, they have no concept of cleaning or even using a broom, and it was 10pm.

This Taco Bell takes forever to get through a line in part because they serve one car at a time. Even with trying to do this in order to I guess cheap the system? They still can't even get the order right. Items are always missing. It has been this way since I lived in this area. One hopes it might improve... I'm finally done after one night all they had left for food was rice, beans, and cheese. I told them they are by far the worst taco bell in town. I realized a shipment issue was the problem this time around but who is to say if they actually had food I would have gotten what I asked for? If only 0 stars was an option.

Absolutely wonderful fast food experience, we ordered 2 crunch wraps and they were well made, well constructed and the veggies were super fresh! The staff was also polite and efficient. We got drive though, but my boyfriend used the restroom and he reported that they were very clean.

I haven't been here in a while I thought it may have improved. I was wrong! My so-called quesadilla was just an uncooked tortilla with some watered-down seasoned Mac and cheese type cheese, a few tiny chunks of something that could pass for chicken, and a few veggies. It's a good thing I pulled over to eat this slop, it would have been all over me if I tried to drive while eating it. The pieces didn't even resemble triangles and they were not cut anywhere close to all the way through. I should have known better!

This is the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. Slower than going and eating dine-in at any high quality restaurant. I've waited in the drive through line for an hour over 20 times. Why do I keep going back? I ask myself this every time. The food isn't even put together well. Sometimes I get burritos that are half the size they should be or ones that are mostly refried beans. I truly do not understand how a fast food restaurant can be this slow.

Worst place on earth. They called the cops on me after they jacked up my food three times. Can't handle the high pressure of tacos...

This is my ordinary Taco Bell, and generally the food is good. However, today (August 9 '23) literally everything we ordered was either wrong or was not visually appealing. I ordered a chicken quesadilla that wasn't cut properly, instead forming a congealed cheesy mass. I ordered three soft tacos without lettuce, all of them having lettuce. No mild sauce, only hot and up (not a complaint for me, but still frustrating). A mexican pizza ordered without meat for a vegetarian member of my family came with meat. They couldn't even print the damn receipts. Jesus. If you plan on eating Taco Bell in TC, avoid the Chums Corner location.

The kitchen floor was pretty dirty however the rest of the facility was pretty clean we did not stay for dine in, we did the take out option. I wouldn't have minded waiting five additional minutes so they could clean the floor and make the kitchen look sanitary. The food was food. I ordered the cheese quesadilla with extra lettuce and mild sauce 😋 which was excellent.

Order is always wrong, they’ll just give you what they have already made. Often run out of ingredients or don’t care to make anything late. I’ve put my hand in the bag to have it covered in sauce a couple of times.

Old fry oil had the chips tasting nasty and the rolled tacos were hard as heck. They did get our order correct though, which is appreciated.

This place sucks!! I will never order at this location again. Ordered via drive thru at about 5 PM on 10/29/23. We waited awhile for our food despite being the only car. Our Diet Mountain Dews tasted off, like the syrup had run out, and when we mentioned this the employee said “he can’t take them back”; and “that’s just the way it tastes” then slammed the window in our face. I know he can’t take them back - but offer us new drinks? We had to immediately throw away drinks we paid for. The food was also nasty (chicken on quesadilla was so dry) and it’s painfully apparent none of the employees care AT ALL. Just gross!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, food was accurately made and the dining room was clean. Only complaint is the oil they used to cook the chalupa shells, Fiesta potatoes and the the tortilla chips tasted old and like it hasn't been changed in months.
