Lovely spacious bedrooms fantastic showeroom, rain shower super powerful. All reception rooms tasteful decorated with antiques and beautiful soft furnishings. Breakfast freshly cooked, dinner amazing and good selection on menu presentation very good and well served by all young team member's.

Brilliant, really good meal in the evening and breakfast in a conservatory in the morning. They give a good service and there is a nice atmosphere during the meal, not a long wait between courses. Maybe the best thing was a nice couple of sofas and small table with armchairs in a separate room while waiting for a table. A safe distance apart from others but close enough to have a conversation. That is often where places fall short as you have to stand and wait at the entrance where people walk past as they arrive and leave.

The most relaxing, comfortable, welcoming and warm hotel we have stayed at for many years. Everything was just perfect: large, sumptuous sitting rooms, Open fires, elegant simple food and the friendliest staff. Wonderful.

More impressed on every visit. I'm unsure of his official title, but, whisky wizard / bar manager / on call 24/7 host, Paul, is an exceptional addition to this superb hotel in stunning surroundings. The food is fantastic, breakfast could use a little work but the bannock is a nice touch. Waiting staff are exceptional without exception. We will most certainly be back.

Flies on your plate in the dining room. Flies on your nose and mouth as you try to sleep. Flies all over with severely deteriorated quality in the restaurant. We get that country house hotels are next to nature but this was appalling. After three visits we will not go back.

We have just spent a weekend at Kinloch House and I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. Our room was enormous and palatial with stunning views over the park in front. Food was outstanding at both dinner and breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the team of charming yet discreet staff. We definitely plan to return to this wonderful Scottish gem!
