I've been at F45 for a couple of years and cannot recommend it enough. It's taken me endless gym memberships (that I never went to, to find something I love!). So enjoyable and motivating. Phil and his team are outstanding at what they do and always there to guide in every single session. A great mix of cardio and resistance training. Great for all levels of fitness, and beginners are always taken under the trainers wing so a super way to start, especially if you're nervous. I'd highly recommend!

I've been with F45 Junction 6 for almost a year now and I can't recommend it highly enough. High intensity sessions with a great mix of cardio and resistance training. Amazing studio with amazing coaches! 45 minute workouts that have loads of variety and get results. This studio is also very easy to get to (just off the M50) and free parking. Highly recommend F45 Junction 6 for getting fit and strong!

My 3rd week at f45 and I’m loving it! The classes are brilliant, they’re never the same which keeps me motivated , and they really work every part of the body. I also love that the class is literally 45minutes and workout is done for the day. The team in Castleknock are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone thinking to join, you won’t regret it!
