Great place for some nice coffee. Love their triple chocolate muffin, croissant and cappuccinos. Located at the corner just opposite deals, there are plenty of seating inside and outside. Clean toilets.

I asked the staff for expresso she had given me two drop in the cap no thing to drink and when I came back to her she was acting like she don't know .👎 Plus I paid €2.25 for that!!! Caffe was fine only the staff is not ok .

Was waiting in a slow moving queue for 15 minutes. Only two staff members working. Proceeded to order an iced drink when I was then told they had no straws which the staff member thought was funny… wasting my time and everyone else’s . They should have had a sign up, I don’t think I’m the only customer who wouldn’t want to drink their frappe without a straw. Poor customer service and lack of initiative. Very slow service and no apologies. Do better.

Great coffee as it should be according to the price, but the place could use a renovation and maybe tune down the music volume to be able to enjoy the coffee.

Ania the store manager was amazing! She was warm, friendly and accommodating. She is a credit to the business and it was so lovely to see her interacting with her regular customers and you could clearly see she made them and everyone else feel welcome to the store. Such a wonderful customer service experience!

Yesterday around 16³⁰, Waiting 15 minutes at the checkout without a queue without any word from the "busy staff I just left. Ignorance from the staff at the highest level, What can not be said about cleanliness...

Great spot for a nice coffee. I love their cappuccinos and triple chocolate muffin. Cool glass building with great lighting. Chairs outside for the smokers and none smokers alike.

Poor customer service. The manager literally kicked us out. Very rude, not friendly at all. There is another Costa on the corner much nicer, friendly staff. Don’t waste your time!

the worst customer service, the girl behind the counter was constantly using the phone and showed no interest in serving. The coffee was horrible, and I am not sure even if they knew how to make a coffee. Overall, I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The actual business of the place is selling coffee. What they sold us yestweday was some kind of 10 times used filtered coffee beans, with an uber acid taste, which they put in a glass and added fancy foamed milk like that would have solved the horrible taste... Worst ever thing I ever tasted in my entire life...
