Visiting Dublin from the states. Went to Doctor 365 on 128 Francis street, Dublin. I stopped in for back ache, then for Covid. It’s a terrific service. Efficiently run. I saw a kind physician— a Dr. Fallah. She is a very special: kind, compassionate, competent. I will be back!!

Rang up and got a phone consultation. Doctor rang me back 5 minutes later. I told him my symptoms and he told me I’d have to go to A&E department. I asked him if he could see me first incase he could diagnose the issue but insisted I got to the A&E department. So I went and waited two hours to see the nurse who didn’t examine me just ask a few general questions and told me to wait outside until a doctor could see me. I asked how long and she said roughly at least 6/7 hours later that they were extremely busy. Being so unwell and unable to stay I had no option but to head back home. Luckily I don’t live far from the hospital but the journey made me feel even worse. If it was such an emergency surely the nurse in A&E would have given me something or I would have been a priority patient. Thankfully I’m feeling a bit better today but I would not be calling this doctor again as he just sent me off to A&E knowing how bad their situation is & how long the queues are. Should have check me first before deciding that.

Not able to get a GP appointment timely I heard of Doctor365. I got an appointment immediately to have an eye problem sorted. Maymara on reception was very helpful and the doctor was very professional and decisive in treatment plan. Thank you both. I would highly recommend this practice

Just had the best experience with the doctor at this clinic. I barely had to wait at all and the place was so clean and nice. Great spot!!

Visiting from out of the country and forgot my medication when I had a flare due to my RA. Everyone at the office was so very helpful when I called in to get help and they were able to call in a prescription for me after a phone consultation with the doctor. They definitely went out of their way to save my vacation - Highly recommended!

I came for a single (1) stitch to be removed from my head and when I got home and I took a look, I still had a small piece of the stitch left in my head that I managed to pull it with my fingers Besides that, the receptionist and the doctor were super nice when I was there

If you have a cold and need a simple thing that google could easily solve you can come here but honestly the doctor is the most unintelligent doctor i have ever met. She needs to go to school because google wont be able to help the doctor for everything. Ive never had someone be so uninformed even when i was in doctors offices in 3rd world countries.

Saw Doctor there. His nose kept dripping and he never once used a tissue. Terrible experience.
