An amazing microbrewery! My husband and I visited last weekend as part of the Barks for Beer fundraiser. Friendly staff and plenty of outdoor seating in the beautiful Hill Country environment. GF options (they make their own gin and whiskey). I had a gin and tonic, which was delicious and beautiful (enhanced with dried citrus slices). My husband bought a bottle of the whiskey which, he loves. Even the outdoor bathrooms are cool. Real Ale should definitely be on your list of microbreweries to visit in Central Texas! Oh, and they have cool merch!

A great brewery located about 45 miles from downtown Austin in Blanco, TX. Nice hill country drive to get to the place, lots of beers on tap. A huge brewery as well and wonderful outdoor location to sit, relax and enjoy some of their refreshing beers. Just that would have preferred the beers to be served in glass instead of plastic. I loved their bathroom, unique design and styling of the stalls, naturally authentic and innovative.

Great brewery specializing in European style beers. The quads and tripels are the stand outs by far, Devil's Backbone being their most famous. The brewery has an outdoors beer garden with a ton of parking. Cocktails are also offered but they cost well more than the beers so be ready. I recommend anything that's a quad or their more exclusive releases. Ask for half pours (8oz) so you can try more!

Stopped in for a couple of cold ones on a hot Texas day. It had been sometime since my last visit. Wasn't too busy as the awesome bartender Dub pointed out not many people come in the heat of the day. But as I was leaving people were pulling in. The beer was fantastic and Dub had me sampling different beers just to help me decide. So stop in and enjoy the beer.

Nice large facility and grounds. The taproom is also nice but probably too small for the number of guest they could receive. Normally this would not be a problem with outdoor seating available but one must traverse up and down stairs to get to the taproom. That all said their beer and spirits were all good and reasonably priced.

Fantastic brewery and distillery! Small tasting room with festival tables and bench seats. So many Ales to choose from and a very good single barrel whiskey. No food onsite but food trucks visit from time to time. We didn’t tour but was informed 4:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

Great brewery outside of town that is seriously massive! The grounds are huge, and appreciated, and shaded. Inside it's nice and cool with plenty of beer to go around and great views from the second floor.
