Lots of spaces, cars can need 4x4 traction during colder snaps.

Nice car park with views over the whole of Glasgow. Walks are also worthwhile here. In the evening a few harmless young people come. The place is also suitable for overnight stays.

Tones of things to do walking around the old zoo is very interesting

Quieter car park with good walks to Mugdock Castle and through to visitor centre and South car park.

This car park is a little walk from the main facilities but very close to the old gun site and a short walk to the woods and castle.

Mugdock Park is a great place to walk the dog, relax and watch planes landing in Glasgow, adventure into the gun positions from the war or the castle. There is a good cafe for snacks, drinks or ice cream. There is also a lake down from the castle, overall a great place to visit.

Good carpark for visiting the historic gun placements and close enough to the castle too. Much quieter carpark than the "main" one beside the garden centre. It's a little muddy and bumpy though, so take it easy if you have low suspension.

Great views over the city. The car parks a bit of a mess. Lots of pot holes so take it easy. Pretty sure they lock the gate at dinner time. They used to anyway.

The best of all parking areas around the park

I'll forgive the potholes in the 'rustic' carkpark because the panoramic view is spectacular and the parkland diverse and awesome.
