Worst BK in the area. They're slow, stare at you like dumb animals and you can bet there will be ALWAYS something wrong in your order. They also cheat the BK timing on auto king

Absolutely awful service! Do avoid the Burger King fast food restaurant at Blanes/Costa Brava if you can! I arrived with my family to have dinner. First the order point didn't print a receipt and when informing the staff abiut it, no one could be bothered to refill the paper. Good job we remembered the order number. After a record 30 minute wait our order number had simply disappeared from the screen. When we asked about our order, we were told that they had not prepared it and they had to trace our order in their system. They then served other customers before us and were very slow in preparing our order, which -to top it all- was then incomplete. No apology was offered. The place was practically empty but obviously understaffed (only three guys could be seen behind the counter during the more than an hour we were there). The floors were filthy. In over 35 years I never experienced such an awful service at a fast food restaurant anywhere in the world. Burger King Spain have a problem, which I hope for them is an exception.

We made our order at 3pm. It was past 4pm when we got them and we had to argue with the crew to make it happen...and she was a little rude.

Burgers where good as they are in most Burgerkings , but cleanliness seems to be a problem in all Spanish Burgerkings . You need to have your shoes tied on tight or they would stick to the floor . Toilets where even worse !!!

Lately, the takeaway quality has gone down A LOT. The vegetarian burger and fries were cold and dry. Horrible.

Has nothing to do with fast food. The terminals weren't working. Order placed at the counter. Order was to take away and it took 20 min around until I got it. Also they missed one item (my mistake as I should check directly). Don't think I will visit again Burger Kind: Your reply is a standard one with absolutely no meaning or action. Gave me the wrong order, lucky I didnt eat what they gave me. They exchanged it within 2 minutes though

This IS the worst BK I ever have been! They do Not know how to get ride of the Orders, definitiv enough worker but very poor Umorganisation

It's amazing how many times they are able to miss food from orders or items from actual burgers. If there is such a high staff turnover then maybe invest more in training or staff in general. They would rather shout the orders across the room instead of using what should be a great system for you to see on the screen and pick up the food from the counter. There is no team work as some wander and look at the wall while others are ran off their feet. If the chips were hot I might have given 2 stars but couldn't even get that right.

I had a very bad experience, I had to vomit after the burger and was feeling unwell after the burger till next day

it says on Google Maps that it is open until two in the evening, while it is closed at 1:30😡😡

They are very slow when it comes to prep the food but the service in general is acceptable ....

1 kiosk out of 4 working, 10 People in kitchen and no one able to take an order in 35 minutes

The service is awful! They need to change it. Nobody speaks english ! Not even the manager. What a pitty because there are a lot of tourists in this area and the food is good. There were a lot of poeple there so we decided to go to the order desk, we had to wait like 15 minutes to get there because only one of them was working plus, we took two menus and we waited more than 20 minutes to get the food. They only started to prepare our order when I went back to the countner and started to tell them to hurry.. There were some people right next to us that had ordered two ice creams and waited like 15 mins to get their order??? Like, isn't supposed to be a fast food? Never gonna come back again. I'm glad that McDonald is in front of them.
