Good location and good breakfast, but the facilities are too old for a 4 star hotel. No Airco in the rooms and the cleaning of the rooms is questionable, found everyday a different hair in my room/bathroom that for sure that was not mine. The hotel have a good potential, but now is too expensive for what they are delivering. Lot of things in the room from 1992 , that doesn’t work anymore or is too old and doesn’t match with this days, the uniform of the staff, you can see that is the time to change for a new one. All the small details that makes a good experience was missing. ☹️

Perfect location. In front of the beach. You can find the mini-golf and the port on the other side of the hotel. Railway station and shopping street 10 minutes walk. Nice rooms, even if some details aren't perfect. Very nice wellness area with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, showers... Friendly and helpful staff. Nice British-style bar. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is getting old and does not deserve 4 stars. To be highlighted are the great breakfast, the bright breakfast room with a view of the sea and the very friendly staff. as well as the top location right on the beach promenade. Otherwise there is a lot to complain about: broken showers in the swimming pool, old sanitary facilities in the bathrooms, overpriced garage costs, extra costs for the safe in the room, overpriced additional costs for the stay of dogs. Apropos: i'd never book this area with dogs again. Belgium coast is very dog unfriendly.

Great hotel for a weekend escape from the city! The hotel is a bit old indeed but, if they would renovate it a bit, it would easily deserve 5 stars. The staff was extremely nice, they made us feel welcome since the beginning, gave us many useful advices, talked and entertained us and they even granted us a late checkout (3pm) free of charge. The spa was really a gem and the room we took (the suite with the jacuzzi) was slightly old but superb! We decided to make this Hotel our go to for weekends and short breaks from Brussels. If for you the fact that the venue is a bit old it’s not a dealbreaker you should DEFINITELY check this place out!

Prominent features; - Perfect location, - Friendly and helpful staff - Delicious breakfast with sea view - Pool and jacuzzi, in spite of small - Regular and detailed room cleaning; Minus features; - Extra charge for gym and sauna - Sometimes 2 elevators are insufficient A good choice for a family holiday in Blankenberge.

The favorite place to stay for my parents whenever they visit Blankenberge, with staff members that truly care about their guests. Very impressed particularly by Luuk. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay!
