This is a nice place in the middle of nature, walking distance to Macocha Abyss and caves with many trails throughout the woods. It is worth seeing and spending time, suitable for families, individuals, group trips, young and old. Accessible to strollers. The food is ok and reasonably priced. Service was fast without waiting.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Food is solid and since it is part of the hotel it has something for everyone. They stop food service around 5PM. Hopefully not the case for room service. Located in front of the bus station for the park. I caved for schnitzel at the caves. Boiled Potatoes were nice and creamy. Once I found out they had home made strudel I went all the way. Glad I did.

Perfect location for visiting the caves. The hotel offers a very good stay with a nice cozy clean room and nice bathroom. The breakfast is fine but could be improved with more fruits, more variety and better coffee. The restaurant offers tasty food; beware, it closes around 7pm, even when the door says 10pm!! The receptionist ladies were both very kind. None of it is cheap but the service overall is good and it's much worth it!

Only stopped by after a hike in the area for some food and drinks. Very satisfied with the service and food quality. Cannot say anything about accommodation though. But if you're hungry then this is the place to go.

No respond to the email I sent to the hotel’s reservation email address 10 days ago. Just wandering they do not want guests to stay there????? The email address was [email protected] as it is shown on the hotel’s web page as a contact address.

Hotel: their description "modest" is not appropriate, it was a very pleasant stay. Our room and bathroom were spacious. The equipment might be from the 90's, but in such a case well kept. Receptionist very kind. The restaurant is a different story, I would give zero stars. Varying level of the meals, even the same meal different one day and the other. Just one vegetarian option. Staff rude, arrogant, impudent.

All I did here was get tickets to Punka Cave. They were patient with my lack of Slovakian.

We only ate here, we didn’t stay at the hotel. The food is typical Czech (lots of meat), good price and good service. I had a goats cheese wrapped in ham salad. Had to take the ham off (I’m vegetarian) and would have much preferred it without. But the salad was good. This place gets very busy at lunchtime because it’s the only table service restaurant in the Macocha gorge area.
