I was so hungry and looking forward to the burger. I smelled a very unpleasant smell as soon as I arrived at the restaurant. I had to take my food to go. The floor was very sticky. The food was normal. The burger was whole and not spilled. Overall rating: I ate well. Update after five days. By complete coincidence, on the way home, we stopped at this horrible place again. It smelled awful, you couldn't order and pay, and the toilets smelled awful. There is also leaking some kind of liquid.

Employees are shouting at each other and also at the customers. They don't speak very good German and was having troubles understanding. Communication breakdown within their as well.

I have to say this was one of the worst experiences with the European McD chain ever 😵‍💫. Only comparable with the American ones. Very dirty place. It was very hard to find a "clean" (better to say usable) table. Smelly toilets. And the children's corner, I don't want to rate this. And the way how personel works with your cutlery and dishes... This place never again

The food was good and the service is also good but the atmosphere wasn’t very pleasing. Due to a lot of rush the tables and chairs were little dirty. But I would like to give credit to the team who managed to keep up with the orders and still make the entire place good enough to dine in.

The worst McDonald's I was so far. Not pet-friendly (we have a naked dog mid size, which cannot stay by winter weather in the car with switched off engine), our bad - we haven't seen the sign at the dor, mostly because in all other McDonald's we were it was OK to come in with a dog. The manager was very rude, telling that he doesn't care and the dog must get out. Toilets are paid. Yes they offer a coupon that one can redeemed by the order when one orders at the cash desk, but normally people are going to toilet twice - to wash hands before meals (which is also not possible without paying) and after to the toilet. I can understand this is done so that McDonald's is not ised instead of the public toilet. But for normal customers ot should be free (ie scanner of the bill). From the order - one item was wrong, two were missing and my daughter had to go to the cash-desk to get her order done.

Service: Good The only positive point of my visit. Guy who brought food was friendly and helped bring a child-seat to the table. Food: Regular Meat and cheese in the hamburger felt dry and old, not Atmosphere: Bad Dirty tables, seats and floors. The men's bathroom was disgusting, stank of pee, visible pee all over the floor, the air hand drying device was clogged and splashed filthy water all over my clothes when I tried to dry my hands.

The ice coffee they have prepared not from the machine as a frappe but they offered from carton coffee mixed with cold milk and caramel syrup which I didn't get it.I can buy the same from the shop.I wanted a frappe from their machine topped with whipped cream how normal Macdonalds offer in others countries.

Half of the screens to order did not work, the other half was extremely slow. Very dirty toilets, no baby area to change diapers, not working cash register at mccafe. Worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to.

Poor service, extremely rude stuff, kicking customers out of the venue 10 minutes before closing. My first and for sure last time here. And also paid for BIG fries, this is what I got.

As for the franchise of this brand, the quality of the meal is terrible, the burger contained dry chicken with the addition of a trace amount of something that resembled lettuce and it was covered with sweet and sour Chinese sauce! Unthinkable how hideous it was. Has anyone at McDonalds accepted this? It's a shame for a brand to have such a franchise. The service is also terrible, they do not understand what you are saying to them.

The worse MC Donalds I have ever seen!!! Stop somewhere else

Fast service for as busy as they were. Clean bathrooms. Easy off and on the Autobahn.
