New clinic location is very nice. Staff and medical team were very friendly and care was timely. I cannot rate higher because several staff members do not wear mask or wear mask as a chin strap. This is a very disappointing trend seen at many establishments lately. But this is a medical facility. All members should be made aware of virus transmission and should not be walking around the hallway or at the check-in desk without a mask. Everyone else is wearing one. Please be more consistent with mask policy for staff and visitors. We should all be used to it by now. I like this clinic and I would like to return but I politely ask that mask wear be more strictly enforced.

I just moved to Germany and was stressing out about finding a medical provider here. I emailed American Medical and they set me up and appointment through email. I just had my appointment and everything went very smoothly. All th staff speaks English perfectly and it was stress free. The doctors are also very friendly! Great staff!

Today I had the best care I’ve ever received since landing in Germany. We arrived March 2020 and have witnessed a complete transformation, even during a world-wide pandemic. Dr. Ascherl is extremely kind, generous and attentive to our entire family. The Americans are truly blessed to have him in this German community!

Staff is great with little wait time. Doctor's are efficient and very thorough. I have never had any issues or problems. My family and I have been seeing the doctors at this location for over 4 years. I recently had to pick up a prescription and found upon arrival at the old location they had moved. It would have been nice to know of the new location in advance when I received a call about picking up my prescription. The new location is down the block and across the street. Not far but still caused a problem for me as I had another appointment to get to and had not expected the detour.

Every time I interact with the staff, it’s a pleasant and stress free experience. At each visit, I’m seen promptly with very short waiting times. I appreciate the friendly nature of everyone I’ve met there!

I am so glad I didn't listen to some of the bad reviews on here. I had the absolute best experience from entering to leaving American Medical Center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even though I asked a ton of questions as I was new to the area. So far I saw Dr. Ascherl and Dr. Roth and they were both remarkable despite my many issues. I left with all my questions answered and very satisfied. Their billing office is downstairs and the ladies in there are knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me figure out my new policy and submitted my bills for me. I was so worried about finding a good doctor here and now I am so relieved. Cannot recommend them enough.

Everyone at American Medical Center was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well as soon as you enter the office. Caring, smiling and laughing is a good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come here, Dr. Ascherl and Dr. Roth are the providers I have seen and they both were wonderful and caring. I love that they are directly billing my Cigna Insurance. Keep doing what you are doing.

This practice really is exceptional. I've been coming here on and off for years. I've been seen by multiple doctors and met multiple receptionists- all of them have been nothing but kind and understanding. If I am worried about my health, I've never felt like my concerns were disregarded or demeaned. The wait times are also minimal- it's rare that I'm not speaking to the doctor right when my appointment starts (I go early in the mornings). I'm reading a lot of complaints about the parking- it's a parking garage with large parking spaces connected to a clean elevator and it's super cheap. For someone who has to cart a stroller around+ pain when walking, this is significantly better than trying to navigate on street parking with a baby during snowy weather. It's also always pretty empty, so I never have to drive around looking for parking. For a couple of euros, the parking situation is awesome.

The worst parking lot. Way too many offices with far too few parking spots. The ‘overflow’ lot is locked so useless. Expect 20 min of driving around a crowded one way parking maze with other angry people hunting for a parking spot. I have been fine with the 2 offices I have been too in this complex, but the parking situation causes extreme anxiety and anger. Not worth it. Any military being referred to a provider in this complex, ask for a change. There is a pay for parking deck across the street, but have heard the machine gets stuck often locking you in the parking lot until someone comes to fix it. I have never seen an opening on the street parking down the road, as it’s used for other businesses. The secretary’s I spoke with suggest parking at the store next door, but then you can be towed. Basically. Avoid this place like the plague & to the American medical center….GET MORE PARKING.

Dealing with an ACL injury far from home could have been overwhelming, but the staff and doctors made the whole process incredibly smooth and reassuring. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel at ease. The doctors demonstrated their expertise and attentiveness throughout my treatment, providing me with the best care possible. I'm genuinely grateful for their support and dedication to my recovery. Thanks to their excellent care, I was able to continue my trip with more confidence and less discomfort. I can't recommend the American Medical Center enough for anyone seeking top-notch medical attention while in Germany. They truly deserve all the praise for their amazing service!

I have been a patient at AMC since 2016 and I have received the Best customer services always. I am very happy with my Primary Care doctor and all the nurses and staff at AMC. No matter the day or time when I stop by to request prescription refill, or blood work test, or any other personal medical care assistance. I am treated with the most kind, friendly, warm and caring dedicated Staff and doctor. I am very blessed to receive such professional and personal medical care here in Germany with AMC.

The care i received from AMC Prime was excellent. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I can be seen for my VA service connected conditions and they file directly with the VA, i also can use my tricare coverage for anything else which they will also direct bill, i just have to pay my copay. I'm glad that I have found this clinic and would highly recommend Dr. Ascherl and his team to anyone.

You would think these people are still medical students. They can't give a proper diagnosis,you'll leave with the "doctors" best guess. They also charge 35 euro for an antigen test,that's free everywhere else. They don't inform you of the charge.They claim you're displaying symptoms of covid and make you take the test outside in your car. I understand out of an abundance of caution in need to have someone test however, charging 35 euro for something that is given free is ludicrous. All together over 150 euro for a 2 minute chat and left with him saying I "likely" have such and such.

I've been with AMC for years and they have always been so helpful and kind! Great customer service :)

Do to my work and not being to use my cell, I was extremely late for an appointment due to meetings. When I did arrive the staff there was awesome, and understood. Edit: Many issues with my spouse’s care. Repetitive labs and referrals for the same clinic with the same results. First doctor was great, but then we were changed to a new doctor who didn’t seem to read the files. Giving him one more chance tomorrow and then switching to Flynn Family Medicine.

Absolutely incredible!! I took my teenager here for a sport's physical because she couldn't get an appointment on base. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and helpful and the appointment went great. First of all, our appointment was at 1300 and we were called back at exactly 1300. We were in and out in 15 minutes, I was shocked! €35 euro for the whole thing, done and done! Would absolutely return! Doc was great, nurses were great, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Astronomical billing! Patients are paying high cost because AMC (and Flynn) file your insurance using US billing practices. It's convenient, but very costly! I highly recommend finding a German doctor on the economy then file your claim with your insurance company; the process is super simple for patients with AFSPA/FSBP insurance. I think you'll find better care too!

What a great clinic! My little one was not feeling well and I was able to get her an appointment the same day. The whole staff was welcoming and kind. The doctor we saw was very helpful. My family and I will definitely be returning.

Very friendly environment and super easy to schedule and get seen! On a recent trip to Germany - I needed to take my daughter in for treatment and the staff at AMC got us in quick and easy. Dr Ascherl and staff are helpful, professional and knowledgeable (and speak English which was a big time relief for me). They made the experience an awesome one for this dad and I truly appreciate the level of care the whole staff showed towards my daughter. The facility itself is clean, modern, well-maintained. Overall, I can't recommend AMC enough - I would give them 6 stars if I could - thanks again!
