I slipped and fell. I injured my shoulder very painfully. When we arrived at the practice, it took less than five minutes for Dr. Thigh was there for treatment. He explained the possible treatment options to me in a way that was easy to understand. A few seconds later after a professional intervention, the shoulder was visible again and the pain was at a level that was now bearable. The doctor's assistants also helped and reassured her wherever they could. A big thank you to the practice team and Dr. Legs for this use. If many people need help at the same time, there will be waiting times. In the end, the focus is always on the help you get.

The service is extremely bad. Despite an appointment, ten years ago and also in 2023, waiting times in the waiting room were at least 45 minutes. Making an appointment over the phone seems impossible. For a week now I've been on hold by phone every day, usually lasting 20 minutes, then I hang up. Attempt to make an appointment via email - failed. There was a call back, I accepted the call but didn't hear anything - the other party hung up and didn't call again. The staff and doctors are nice but unfortunately that's of little use without an appointment! UPDATE: recently no more excessive waiting times! Big praise - that has changed significantly 👍🏼👍🏼

Unfortunately I can't rate the doctors, only their assumptions. The dark-haired lady was unfriendly and overwhelmed with everything. Despite an appointment, the waiting time was over 1.5 hours. After the 1.5 hours I left the practice with a child.

As far as Dr Schenkel and Dr Grünewald are concerned, I would like to give 10 stars, I come from Bedburg and have never experienced a better orthopedist than these two. The local ladies are also very friendly. The problem is that no one answers the phone, now there are two phone numbers and yet no one answers even after waiting 30 minutes. Then suddenly there is a ringing sound, you think someone is finally answering, then the music comes again. Likewise the long waiting times in the practice despite an appointment. And when you are in the treatment room everything is very hectic and fast. 1 star for the organization, 10 stars for the doctors

Wanted to vote a vote. After hours of hanging on both the cell phone and the landline, the dial tone came between the music interludes and then switched back to music mode. Even 1 star is too much.

No matter whether I come with my children or, like yesterday, for myself. You are treated great here. Very competent doctors. You also have to put yourself in the shoes of the staff given the number of patients. Respect.

Due to acute symptoms, I requested an appointment as soon as possible by email. Within 1.5 hours I received an answer that I could come the next day with a waiting period. I was warmly welcomed at reception on site, and a little later I was able to go into the treatment room and, in a calm manner, describe my problems to an equally nice doctor. Examination, including an ultrasound, followed and the doctor even discussed every single ultrasound image with me. We then discussed how to proceed and a little later I was able to leave with a good feeling. Overall, I received a lot of help within a very short time (I was on my way home after just an hour) and all the other medical assistants were also very friendly to me. Thanks! That's all I can say at this point.

Dear Mr. Grünewald, dear Mr. Morsch. I would like to give 5 stars, if I only had to rate you as doctors I would do that too. Unfortunately, the practice management and the way long-term patients are treated by their employees is not worth a single star. I went to your practice last week with very severe pain and asked for help because I didn't know where to go because of the pain. I was sent away. I received immediate, competent help at another practice on the same day. Today I sent another email asking for an appointment because the pain hasn't really gotten any better and I'm actually her patient. When I asked for a short-term appointment with a waiting period, I received the following answer: “We have no option and according to the latest instructions we only have appointments available in December. Please try somewhere else, we no longer offer open consultation hours.” Without words….. I was helped again today at the other practice and I will stay there now. Your ladies have achieved their goal and they have gotten rid of me. I hope you know what's going on with you and can live with the fact that the patients are treated substandardly, apart from the abnormal waiting times for an appointment and the waiting times in the practice with an appointment. Unfortunately, this shows very poor practice management. Too bad. All the best for you. I'm now in better hands somewhere else, I can get an appointment spontaneously if I have any problems and have waited 10 minutes

Here you go despite severe pain, only to be turned away by a snooty and arrogant receptionist. Apparently, due to her modest school qualifications, she is unable to adequately coordinate a person between two appointments.

I can't say anything negative about the practice, the assistants are very nice, except for one at the reception but I can ignore that. 😉 Dr. Morsch, my treating doctor is always very courteous and very professionally competent, even accepts suggestions from outside, I personally think that's excellent, what doctor does that and has been able to help me in my time of need with constant pain. I am very grateful for that. I feel very well looked after in the practice and can only recommend it. Greetings D. Weber
