If you want convenience and reliability this is definitely NOT the place TRUST ME🤞🏾.....placed an order and it's been over 2 and 1/2 hours it still hasn't arrived .....called multiple times and I've been told the driver is coming and they'll get back to me. They never did. I'm so over it 🙄

Service was absolutely horrible. Had to wait more than 2 hours for my food and had to follow up to find where my order is just to be told its on its way. Used to love this place but wont be ordering anything from them anytime soon again.

A good quality place offerings quality mouth watering food. A good place to relax in tranquillity. It also offers good quality car wash service. The only disadvantage is that parking is in adequate. The place has good loving staff who pay attention to customer needs.

The person I was talking to on the phone has a rude tone, I waited over an hour before my food was delivered. Please do something about your staff, very poor service👎👎👎

Last experience was appaling, waited for 2hrs to get my braai and even then they didn't have pap and I had to be served bread. Meat was dry, didn't taste like it was braai'd. Not so nice experience overall

I phoned and reserved a room. When I arrived there, and they saw me, the receptionist said all the rooms were fully booked, and I was asked to leave the place. I feel it was a racial issue.

Poor services..I got something I didnt order and paid even more for a wrong order.. and still nothing was fixed after promised they'll fix it.. it's not the first time having to deal with service problems if there was half star option I would give you.

Ordered food 16:00, delivery guy arrived 18:40. No thanks. Worst take away experience in Bloemfontein.

The burgers that serve are ridiculously small.its a snack burger forR50.if I had the option of posting a picture you would be shocked.should have went to KFC to get a box meal
