Best chicken, especially if you don't like deep fried versions,love the options of rice and livers and all the other extras. And the best flavors not the mundane same old same old fried stuff. The refreshments and flavors just as awesome especially the Naartjie flavor.Nandos is always my favorite fast food, sometimes takes a bit longer to prepare but its worth the wait.

2nd time they got my order wrong. Order took forever. Salad was way over-priced for what I got....not even a full chicken breast... Will never buy here again.

Worst Nandos i'v ever expirienced,i ordered through Mr D..and i spend over R400,i mean thats alot of money only to get a full dry chicken without my mild sauce that i have chosen,the chicken was so so dry awith no sauce as it supposed to look juicy dripping with sauce,but nooo!! My visitoes we embarrassed for me,i had to drive there myself to complain and they gave me bull story abt the packet itself it absorbs the sauce during the delivery time,my goodness,i asked for 8 pieces they gave me 7,the garlic rolls had no garlic in it but just butter,please close that place down,its enough really,we'l buy somewhere else.Unbelievable!!! Horrible horrible service.

Delicious food and great service with a quick turn around time. If chicken is your thing, you cannot go wrong!

This is a no fuss no frills but efficient Nandos. Their service is fast and you get service with a smile. What I like about this Nandos is I've never had to get home and find that there are no serviettes and sauces, a real headache for me with other Nandos restaurants here in Bloem.

My experience wasn't so good. I got bad service and laid a complaint to head office. However... the food was beyond 100 percent. What makes it even better is that the store manager acknowledged and sincerely apologised about the bad service, which covers up the bad. I will absolutely visit again.

There was a problem with our order then we spoke to the person we ordered the food from but she sent us to someone new then that other person sent us to ANOTHER person it was a disaster...

Good service but food is often served cold, especially rice and pap.Would appreciate an improvement on that .

Sadly, not the Nandos quality we remember. Every online order is synonyms with errors and the food somewhat bland. Will rather invest in supporting local competitors that actually value their customers. Wish you'd spend more time on fixing your core business than crafting up witting ads and responses.

Loading shedding hit, the place got dark and smokey from the grills. We would have preferred to finish our meals on an open outside sitting area if there was one..

I ordered full chicken cut in 8 well done, to my suprise the meat was not well done. I am disappointed because this is not the first time. Please prepare our orders as per customer's request. The shop was not even busy so really there is no excuse to have messed the order.

Arguably the worst nandos I've ever had. The chicken was dry, burnt and had no flavor whatsoever.

Every thing is close by the mall,take away. The price is the best #recommended 👌

I did my order with the new Nandos online the store was super quick to respond to my order n they called me to acknowledge my order n by the time I got to the shop my order was ready for me and just as I requested it..the shop is greatly situated in the heart of Preller great vibe great environment.. beautifully decorated and it's really welcoming and affordable so would definitely recommend

Nandos is now vegetarian? Ordered 4 takeaway Hot Pots with spicy rice just to arrive home and find no chicken in the Hot Pots, just rice and cabage. Well done Nandos Preller, great way to reduce costs. If you bothered to answer your telephone it would also have helped! Have to therefore communicate my displeasure via a review.

Typical Nando's quality. Good food, great chicken spicy or not. Friendly service. Recently registered on the website to make ordering a breeze. You need to register first though.
