I ordered a Wimpy burger for take-away yesterday from Wimpy in Mimosa Mall. When I got home and unpacked the burger, I was sooooo disappointed. The burger consisted of a bun, a patty, a tiny piece of limp lettuce and maybe half a teaspoon of relish. No gherkin and no onions. It was so dry en really a let-down. Never going there again!

I enjoyed the service and food. I'd definitely visit again n reccomend to friends. Sharon was my waiter

What a surprise this morning when we were greeted by the manager at the door. Exceptional service from both her and our waiter, Manana. Even tried to soften butter for us that was still very hard from the fridge! Well done ladies. We will definitely recommend you and eoll visit again!!

The food was good i enjoyed it i just think a breakfast should be cheaper but it was good. The service was great Manana was very kind en helpful. As for atmosphere i enjoy it when there are no people around so eating here so early was nice and quiet.

Must say, had a great experience at this Wimpy and hope they maintain this level for years to come, it was a true pleasure to be able to sit and enjoy a well prepared meal with great service!!! I will recommend them any day to my friends. Please all I ask keep it 100% not always easy but hard work do pay off. Thank you again.

The cashier at the till was very helpful. Although placing orders at the till is for takeaways, she was happy to change it to a sit in meal.

I was seated. Waited almost 10 minutes. Did not received menus or any service whatsoever! Will not visit this branch ever again. Waiters did not make eye contact with me, to afraid to serve me. I walked out.... Went to Panarottis instead.

I had an awesome time with my 3 kids aged 14, 5½ and 1year10months old. The last two kids were troublesome but Manana kept me calm at all times. We will definitely come again ❤️

Wow, I was rudely chased out off wimpy in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein on the 29th Jan 2023 by the Manager because of Load-shading. I mean we didn't cause this load-shading, I think Wimpy should retrain their staff on how to deal with customers during load-shading, we don't even check the Eskom Schedule when we go to the shop and we didn't even say they shouldn't afford to buy the generator. "Customers are not allowed in the shop during load shading, did you pay your bill?" he said. how am i supposed to know that, i am working and there he is. i wish i was not finished paying..

Our waiter wasn’t very welcoming but the food was good. Great for family outings especially on Sundays as the court is a bit more quiet then.

I Ordered a Big cheese from wimpy for the wimpy taste got a burger with a 2 patties but the patties tasted like soya!!! I spend money on this ???

Poor service, you walk yourself in then wait for an hour to get the menu… Only 2 waitresses for all tables. Don’t come here if you’re hungry or in a rush

Plates and coffee cups are dirty, food not up to standard. Complained about dirty cutlery but then the waitress wiped the spoon with the dirty table cloth which she uses to wipe the tables. Disappointing!!! Money wasted!!!

I had the meaty grill and I must say this restaurant need to hire new chefs . The only nice thing was the patties I must say I’ve been into this restaurant couple of times and their fries are almost clumsy and wet 🤮🤮. Fix those chips i can’t pay for such chips we need them well cooked and crispy

Very good and friendly service by Tshegofatso! Wimpy Burger a bit small for the price. Chicken mayo sarmie was good and chips was nice and fresh!

The waiters are friendly, but service is slow. Music way too loud - me and my friends had to shout at each other in order to have a conversation. The food is quite good. Coffee is delicious.

Second time receiving poor service from the welcoming to the very end. The tables were dirty and when we raised the issue we were just ignored. Our waiter even indicated a "I don't care" kind of hand signal. You only receive a smile after a tip.

I don't take relish or gherkins on my burgers but then they neglect to put the onions on. I'm picky, I know, but it has happened several times now. But this is my only complaint. The food is fine, the tables clean and they don't bother you if you want to sit and read or work.

Wimpy restaurant with bad Service and waited more then 10 min just to take order staff is running arround like they don't that that doing. Sad and hungry some tables are emply if not it the rush and hungry I can recommend.

Poor. On arrival we asked 3 time's if we could go in. No response at first but eventually with blank face said "yes over there" Table was dirty but she cleaned it for us. Waitress does not know her menu. When asked if they have chicken strips she said no. Only to see it on the menu as chicken sticks. Got my coffee with no suger sachets. Food took a long time and arrived cold. Only saw waitress 2 times, when we ordered drinks and food. And when she served the cold burgers. Went self to counter to pay. No checking in if all was ok. Must say burgers were good. Would have been better though if were not cold and bun being dry from standing. Or was this all because we sat at table 13

Sitting there as we speak. Terrible service! Waited for 15 minutes at the door to ask for a table. Then I was told to just choose one and sit. Waited another 15 minutes for my order to be taken. Its approaching 30 minutes now and still no sign of food or update on what's happening. The tables were dirty and had plates on them. I just chose a table and had to wait a few minutes before it was cleared. The waiter is very cold and unwelcoming. Makes you feel like you're bothering her by ordering or requesting anything. Which I understand because she was the only one serving ALL the tables. It's month end and very busy, but no one is attending tables. The lady who told us to grab a table was also in a terrible mood. Wouldn't recommend based on service alone.
