We had a work function at this venue. The guest were very satisfied with the experience they were exposed to. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The Sunday buffet is definitely not worth the almost R300 per person. Service started off great but declined rapidly from there. Food was only served well past one pm. When dishing i got the feeling that they felt they where doing me a favour as i begged for a second peace of chicken (at a buffet). The wrong bottle of wine was brought twice. There was not enough of the desert for everyone. We had to ask them to bring the correct bill three times before giving up and working out what we actually owed on our own. Overall the food was nice but not great, would not say the experience was exceptionally bad. But by no means was it good or pleasant. Would not recommend to others.

Was not a very pleasant experience. Electricity problems. I would not recommend anyone to stay over at Warm Karoo for the hefty price they are asking per night, with sub standard service. We did not feel very welcome. And the owner made us feel like we are troubling him so much, with basic service requests. The catering and the venue was very nice except for the electricity problems. But I would not recommend anyone to stay over at Warm Karoo.

Food was delicious, but no back up when their transformer blew in the middle of our function during a storm...had to constantly request feedback on issue..the feedback was " this happens sometimes". So if it happens sometimes why not have a back up???? The Manager also seemed irritated with us wanting answers.

We recently spent a night at Warm Karoo for a friends wedding. Staff went above and beyond to make the day and night incredibly memorable. The gardens are beautiful and the food was a highlight! Absolutely stunning venue for any event.

Cozy place for a small gathering. Food and catering was superb. Very neat and tidy. More air conditioning would be a bonus. Especially on such a warm day as we had.

Definitely the best wedding venue and service in Bloemfontein. Thank you to the team - LeRoux, DJ and Lindsay. From the first day up to after the wedding, the staff were friendly, professional, helpful and FANTASTIC at what they do. I felt assured and had no worries on my wedding day. Highly recommended.

My family and I were disappointed with not having power and warm water during our stay for a wedding.

Venue very practical for weddings, Funerals, and other social functions. Well maintained, and the Kitchen server delicious food and snacks.

Beautiful venue with an equestrian feel. Various options for functions both in- and outdoor available. Excellent food and attention to detail. A bit more on the pricey side, but worth it. The road is unfortunately not very car friendly, especially when it has rained.

Excellent hospitality and comfortable accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Had the most horrible experience at a wedding on 16.4.2022. The staff at food station (meat) is rude, the food portions is small. My first time at the venue and will not recomend Warm Karoo and Kitchen to anyone.

Attended a wedding. Food was outstanding. Need to get better backup plans for example electricity issues. Management can also try and be more people friendly.

Beautiful grounds but very dissapointed in rooms. Substandard beds not comfortable. No privacy to go to loo. Back door of the unit cant close properly. Maybe a good venue to do a function but would not recommend staying over. Breakfast was oky.
