I had a very good experience at this KFC. We went through the drive through and the lady taking our order was very efficient and took it down without delays or hassles. She also had quite a good sense of humour which I really enjoyed after our very long day of traveling. The location is good with sufficient parking in the centre. Definitely a good option.

I was there yesterday late morning with a friend. I was almost barely finished with the order on that manual order machine, just waiting for my slip to come through on my phone, the our order already came out. The service there is much faster then any of the other branches in Bloem. And the food was very hot still when we opened it to eat it

This has been one of the worst meals from any place I have ever had... Chips was unseasoned and old. The chicken on my box master was tough and dry, the chicken from the streetwise was bland and had a weird taste to it... You would expect to have a certain level of standard to fast food chains... This one is well below that level.

They're not professional at all. They give you wrong orders you have to check your order everytime before you leave the store. When you don't donate the R2 they give you an attitude. If is not wrong order is half meals or half wing.

Useless. If u want too sell a well liked and known product the first line of customer service is your most important. If u want to keep your franchise in langenhovenpark running u must please get someone in the drivetru who has atleast 1% customer skills. This was probably the last complaint that I'll leave. Please make contact with me if i can tell u about my perfect drivetru experiences more than once with one specific drivetru personal. That os the reason i started supporting langenhovenpark KFC again but unfortunately it looks like its back to the same old useless personal that u need to please to get your order. Luckily u know about most of the complaints this specific franchise gets in Bloemfontein social groups and social media. Imagine how many complaints u don't receive with customers just saying im finished. I can just imagine that the franchise must be making some profit, it managed to stay open until now. Imagine if you started managing it the way it is supposed be managed. With many other choices of takeaways in a 5mins drive from u i would rather try them instead. Mabe langenhovenpark will see a Macdonald's or something else replace KFC in the future. ill still support KFC but rather drive to one of the other KFC's 15mins away if i want to eat some of the francise chicken I'd rather die because of the food i enjoy than trying to order it. Worst experience of food in my life. The hot wings were very old n dry. The coleslaw off and the cashier at drive thru asked me to donate R2 for donation but instead they took R4 for x2 donations. The food is always horrible. Im shocked this store is still even opened

We were busy moving and unpacking and absolutely exhausted, we were at the window with my puppy and you just transferred so much energy to us with your smile and happiness and we just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service was excellent! I truly appreciate the employees for their welcoming attitude and I am truly impressed with the fast service. Some customers may complain about everything but they should keep in mind that they can't expect the employees to truly be generous and kind if they themselves aren't, same to the employees. We are all human and I believe you get out of life what you put in whether you are rich, poor, customer, employee, tall, short, young or old. These are all nothing in the eyes of our Father, to him we are all His children and equal but unique in our own different ways. Huuuge disappointment. I bought a dunked crunch box at the drive-through. It went OK until I got to the ice cold burger. Everything was steaming hot but the burger was as if they had taken it out of the fridge and served it. Legit fridge temperature? Must be that they keep returned burgers and burgers that don't sell in the fridge to sell later and forgot to heat this one up before serving it. The bun was also old and crumbly as one would expect. Would give 0 stars for this experience. What a waste of money. I'd rather stretch my legs at Goodburger next time!

Not so friendly staff the R2.00 donations is annoying if i want to contribute i will do so i dont have to be asked i ruined the experience dont make your cashiers beggars

My recent visit to KFC in Bloemfontein's Langenhovenpark branch left me disappointed. This used to be an exceptional place, but my last experience was far from satisfactory. I explicitly requested sprinkle pops, not once but three times - at the order station, pay station, and collection station. However, my order still came with chutney sprinkles missing. This led to an unnecessary trip back and additional fuel expenses, which was frustrating. Is it because I didn't "add R6 for hope?!" While I've enjoyed KFC's food in the past, I believe Langenhovenpark's branch needs to improve. Their chicken was dry, and the prices seemed too high for the quality they provided. It's safe to say that I wouldn't recommend this particular KFC branch in Bloemfontein, especially when there are other better options available in the area.

The glory days of this KFC has passed. You'd expect to get fresh chicken during dinner hours, instead they give you old and dry pieces. Probably made a big batch earlier the afternoon so they don't have to work later. When you do request fresh chicken and agree to wait, it's an oily mess. These are employees who take no pride in a good job and their workplace, have no discipline and take no responsibility. That's why this branch and it's people will always suffer. When you are openly careless without shame, you have lost your morals and ethics in life.

There were a limited list of menu possibilities outside at the drive through. The staff were friendly. The service was very slow. And the food (the streetwise 2) was tastless. The chicken as well as the chips. No salt or spices were added to our order. This is a KFC that is definately not recommended.

The cashier was very friendly and patient with the three little children I took along to buy their own food! Good job!

I have come to this KFC many times and on numerous occasions was I sent to the parking lot to wait for my food after going through the drive-thru where I wait 15min for my order. A drive-thru is the faster route.... It defeats the purpose to be in a hurry to grap a quick lunch/supper... And why do they suddenly ask for R6 for feeding the children. Now I don't want to do the R2 charity thing any longer. I know it's not the staff doing the orders, so I assume the management and flow in the kitchen is the issue.

I ordered for collection and when I got there they only then decided to start making the food. So ended up sitting there for 30 min anyway waiting. Food was done in drips and drabs half of it had been sitting for 30 min before I got it.

Just ordered a zinger burger meal with zinger sauce and a fanta at the drive thru.Received a zinger burger with coke, with no zinger sauce, no salt, no serviettes. The drive thru is fairly quiet as well. Poor service.

We tried the drive through but the lady could not get our order right so we went into the shop. There our order was not correct. And we had to pay again for an order that was not included.

Absolutely a wonderful experience, I ordered a burger and was informed that I might have to wait a little longer as they just getting fresh lettuce. I got a small fries for free for my patience and I didn't even wait that long! This is service!!! Thank you to the entire team at KFC LHP

Puts up no sign if they dont have ice cream for crushers and when they do have ice cream it's only melted cream because their ice cream machine is never frozen. I have waited 10 minutes in the front line for someone to give me 1 ice cream. The poor man tried to gave me an ice cream but the ice cream does not freeze so that it can stay firm. They need a new machine or somebody who will top up the machine on time. It's summer we don't need melted cream for ice cream. It was once the best ice cream but not anymore.

We came for breakfast after great night out. Everything was tasty except for the coffee

Went there this morning for breakfast at 6 o'clock, doors were closed, drive-thru was blocked as well, and just 2 people inside. Opening times are wrong.

It really is disappointing when you pay almost R50 for a single wrap and it has nothing but 2 pieces of chicken and old salad leaves, what an utter waste of my hard working money.

Staff more interested in their cellphones than customers. Chips bland. Mash dry/old. Gravy watery, tasting like some type of instant mix. Soggy boiled chicken piece with soggy seasoning batter that does not taste like KFC. What a disappointment. Ice cream: got one cup full, one cup half full... Will not support this place again. This is not KFC. We can make better food at home.
