Breaks my heart that you didn't think to be inclusive and paint the picture differently. Edit: it has been 3 weeks and yet, the owner is not responding to my enquiry about racism. Mmmm not good.

Went to the Groen Vlei branch today and had a great experience. Manager Cheslan was extremely attentive and requested feedback on our meal which was great. We had croissants (new supplier) with cream cheese and biltong. Earlier in the week we went to the Dan Pienaar branch and the coffee was good.

We arrived when they were very busy but I can really say that the service we received was of the top 5 experiences of my life. Thanks to our waiter, Erica. We had a milkshake (which was okay), a double espresso (which was amazing!), The Royal Breakfast with extra chips and a breakfast wrap. I can honestly say the eggs, balsamic reduction, hash brown and Halloumi were the best we had tasted. And the meals as a whole were delicious. It tasted like food prepared with love and attention to detail and not just another dish. Only thing I might recommend is sharper knives but we will definitely be back again. Well done!

What a great surprise!!! I ordered 2 cappuccinos and bought 2 bags of their single origin beans. Both drinks were perfectly extracted packing tons of flavour and the milk treatment was top notch. The packaging of the beans provided a fair amount of detail about what was inside (although a little more wouldn't hurt). The barista was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back! A must visit if you're in Bloem!

Don't go there if you mind the wafting smell of fish and seafood as Ocean basket next door can be a bit much. Otherwise great coffee.

Wow, very very good cappuccinos! Highly recommended for their coffee! The staff is also very friendly and service is also very speedy. The breakfast croissant is small and was not that great with the piece of processed cheese slice they put on it.

We had Iced coffee, a smoothie and clouded lemonade. They definitely put that extra something in their drinks, you can taste it!

Very bad experience. Barista does not know her story at all. Very very poor service. Ice coffee tasted like poison. Barista should keep het attention to brewing coffee and not flirting with customers. Very very bas taste and no service at all.

This looked like a cool place when I was researching coffee shops in Bloemfontein so we stopped here to buy takeaway cappuccinos on our way down to Western Cape. Royal Coffee was easily the best coffee we had on the entire road trip. Medium city roast and a nice smooth espresso shot with zero sour aftertaste. Excellent, friendly service from barista and waiter. We will be back!

Absolutely lovely. The waitrrss was so sweet, we waited no more than ten minutes for our coffe and cake and theur walnut brownie iced coffee was to die for! The restaurant itself was also so cute. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely worth it. Was my first time meeting a friend and tried the siphon method of coffee making with the Tanzania origin. Tremendous experience and well worth it.

Real "coffee shop" ambience, the coffee is excellent, had the kings breakfast for which the fried feta and fries were the stars and all at very reasonable rates. My waitron Blessed was attentive and professional. A pleasure indeed.

This is the best coffee shop in Bloemfontein. Elri and het team is wonderful and put sò much effort in decorating our table for our friend's birthday. Both this one as well as Erica and her team in Fleurdal Mall are simply the best coffee shops. Their Cappucino is to die for. Thank you, the 4 of us enjoyed it very much.

Coffee doesnt taste that great. Been there a few times its always either over or under extracted. Leaves a bad after taste. Food and Service is good. Wont visit again soon.

Best coffee in Bloem! Hands down! We happened to drive past and saw all the signs. Ordered a cortado and a mocha - both delicious! We were sad that we couldn't stay for breakfast, the hash brown tower and fillet croissant sounded great 🥐. Friendly staff, beautiful decor and a hidden gem!
