The room I was in had no soap/washing liquid in the bathroom. I had booked breakfast for 5 days but ended up not eating it because of time and congestion in the dining hall. There were 6 teabags with no water in the kettle, no milk or sugar. I ended up checking out a day before my booked period

Well it's the best place if you are on a road trip and want to take a quick nap before your next destination Best place to travel with friend Not recommended if you are a couple and you want a gateway The food was alright not the best but alright It was a "buffet" there is a limit of 2 items per person and limited menu items The service was good they assisted in bookings and rooms management There security part I'm not sure cause I didn't see any visible security guards on site The Gate for the cars can only be opened by the reception and you have to hoot The rooms were cleaned and need, the bath tub was also clean I really appreciated that The location is close to a mall that was cool cause it's like a 5 minutes drive And also there is a stadium nearby I'm just not sure about the amneties

An amazing facility with a truly wonderful and honest staff compliment, great breakfast included to start off the day. Staff go above and beyond to cater for guests, but no microwave in rooms, fridge only provided after request. Doubles as a daytime and nighttime events venue so occasional disturbances at undesirable hours may make this an unsuitable venue for those seeking serenity. Gate access also an issue that needs consideration, can be an effort trying to get in and out of one's lodgings. 2 well maintained pools and a massage parlor, overall a well managed Guesthouse and enjoyable experience!

Accommodation is very outdated. Not a very warm and comfortable place to stay over with wife and kiddies. You don't get what they offered online and the staff members not very interested in making you feel comfortable. Very disappointed in this accommodation which is part of booking.com. Expected a much cleaner and up to date establishment. Need a complete revamp of their facilities, and they claim to be pet friendly, but our dogs 🐕 had no comfort place to relief themselves.

I would have given it a better rating before having the breakfast. When the food arrived it was cold. Eggs was ordered sunny side up but he white was still running. The chicken livers still raw inside. Another customer ordered take-away breakfast as they wanted to leave early but it seems they had to wait quite a while before the food were ready. She left with the food but I could tell she was not happy at all!! Chef Patrick you need to step up!

Service: Friendly. Helpful. Sufficient. Rooms: Infrastructure not well maintained. Clean. Amenities provided. Dstv. Some matresses needs replacement. Bathroom: broken mirrors, showerheads. No windows or extraction fans. Tiles are cracked. This is not a home away from home, but rather an inconvenient compromise. 1 Day Later: I was surprised to learn that this establishment has seen my review in less than 24 hours of posting. I was offered to be moved to another room which I declined as I do not want to go through the effort of moving. I am however VERY thankful for the lovely KING SIZE mattress and linen that my original twin room was furnished with. The staff has made every effort to make my stay comfortable. The chef has conjured up very delicious dishes. Although upgrading of facilities in these economic times will take time and precision micro management, it is easy to forgive due to the caring service that has been provided. A beautiful place and the stuff is very accommodating. A bit on the pricey side but overall it's pretty nice
