If I could, I would give it 0/5. There was 0 service. Ordered online at 17:07 to be delivered ASAP... Well, at 18:35 we still had nothing and struggled to reach them on the phone. When it eventually arrived after a few phone calls, the driver noted that he was the only driver. This in itself is unacceptable, but as if that isn't bad enough, the pizzas were defnitely not worth the wait. It barely had toppings on. I would not recommend this branch in Bloemfontein, others are way better.

I am satisfied with the customer service I received from Portia. She assisted me very nicely, she was patient to help me go through the menu and allowed me to have alternatives as to what would best suite my interest.

I just came from work and have to say that I loved everything about the place. The atmosphere was great and the store was spotless as always since it's not the first time time coming here and it's always the same. The staff is always welcoming and vibrant. What stood out was an amazing service from one of your staff member who helped with my order. Some of the things on the menu are a bit tricky and a bit confusing but Kele managed to humbly and kindly help me with a smile on her face and I have to say that she's amazing. She's one of the people I would definitely come back for. I am Soo honored and greatful.

Never again will I order from this restaurant... Pathetic service from Lucia, making all sorts of excuses for the substandard pizza.... 3rd grade pizza from Nelson Mandela Bloemfontein... Never again!!! Roman's pizza can teach you guys a thing or two!!

I am highly disappointed with this branch! They use to be really good, with helpful employees and great quality of food... But the past year was just plain pathetic! The waiting time went from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes! And that I can actually deal with, but the attitude that are being thrown our way when we simply just want to find out where our food is, when we still didn't receive it after 2 hours, asking kindly if the food is still on the way, and then being interrupted by the woman behind the countar with a very nasty attitude. Totally and completely unacceptable! Not to mention that the last order we received, the pizza was soggy, and still we had to pay for it, because it was 30 minutes before they close and therefor would not be enough time to re-make the pizza. I strongly do not think I will be paying another visit to this Debonairs branch any time again!

The triple decker pizza was horrible, dry and the base was basically an edible concrete. The customer service was great but the food was disappointing.

I’m highly disappointed, just received it now, it’s so empty inside and it burnt . Definitely the last time I buy from you.
