One of my worst episode with Intercape... Route 0105 uuuum.. The bus age and healthiness may be contributing factors...worse a blocked road..( trucks collision last night N1)

I am shocked everytime I go here. This is the tourist centre for all visitors in Bloemfontein, this does not look good for our beloved city of roses. Dirty, neglected and not a beautiful sight. The tourist centre needs to be revamped and security measures put in place. There is so much potential here , I would like to see a beautiful tourist centre where anyone and everyone can feel welcome and safe when coming to visit Bloemfontein.

I loved that it was safe. Seeing women carrying their babies at night waiting for transportation made me unease but the place is very safe. Employees help whenever they can and we appreciate it

Seating arrangement in the waiting area is real poor. The place is filthy and does not give the impression of a safe environment. A lot of beggars harassing passengers/clients.

It's the very first time traveling from Bloemfontein to my desired destination. The lady who was allocating our tickets at intercape offices was rude, don't know how to speak to passengers it was so frustrating especially for people like us who've never traveled b4. Otherwise I travelled via intercape sleepliner I enjoyed the ride.

I arrived just after midnight, the cabs are 24 hours. The bus drivers are super cool and helpful. If you need to catch a bus to Johannesburg or Cape Town that’s where you’ll find them.

The waiting area is not big enough during those peak seasons when people are traveling in numbers. You can't park inside the yard while waiting for your bus. But after all everything is fine.

Its ok. There are usually a lot of people around but there is barely anywhere to sit. Its also not super clean and safe so make sure to keep an eye on all your belongings. There is a small spaza to get snacks and a kfc that is super close. There are always cabs available which normally range at about 50-70 rand. Please make sure to use a restroom before you go leave the house, the ones there are atrocious. if you’re pressed or you’re early go to the kfc at the back

Service was fine but no water so no toilets. Then on the bus for 8 hours. Shoh!

No serviceable toilets there for the tourists. That foreign tuck shop is monopolise prices, unreasonably prices for expired products. Buses are always late, People are forever frustrated there with limited space to sit, it's just that they're not sure to whom they must complain to. Disgusting experience!

Place is fine but I will give it 2 stars cause the toilets are dirty and they will make you pay to get into the toilets without giving even a toilet paper.

No toilets. Extremely dirty. The only clean places are the Inter Cape office. No security.. Lots of ma la la pipes. Entering the place. Totally not family or children friendly

I experienced where an Old lady couldn’t board the bus then it was lowered with air suspension to accommodate the old lady into boarding the bus! That was beautiful 😍

Most disgusting place I've been in Bloemfontein, and it's meant to be receiving tourists. What a disgrace. Taxis drivers fighting amongst another with so much violence stabbed the one cars tyres as he tried to drive away, bickering under each other makes the public very feel very unsafe. Then loadshedding hit and NO generator not even just to run lights for safety. Plus the bathrooms we can't even talk about cause the water was running out the door. Stay as far a way as possible and try get your bus in day light hours .

I didn't understand their language but people working there were very understanding and they tried to accommodate my needs

What I like about the place is that there are always cabs waiting for you as soon as you get off a bus. Makes traveling super easy and less stressful.

The waiting area is small but the service is good from all the different stalls.

Safe place to wait for transport, but poor ablution facilities though there is a nearby KFC which can help and offers excellent services

Depending on the bus you traveling with the service is quick and efficient. They help the elderly and those with alot of bag. Cabs available upon arrival and stores to buys snacks for the road.

This place needs some help. It is dirty, smelly and there is no security. The busses are delayed for an hour and a half most of the time so you'd hope that you would be protected by some form of security while waiting. There was a young guy sniffing glue and drooling everywhere and two old men asking my dad to leave me with them so they can "help me onto the bus." how am I supposed to feel save here?

  • 1/5 Dorene O. 1 year ago on Google
It is a unsafe place to stop. I make use of Intercape fir many years, but was very unsatisfied with my last booking. Book for Intercape Sleepliner, get Budgetliner. The seats was so small and uncomfortable, no toilet on bus and I have to sit so unfortable for 18 hours to Paarl.

  • 1/5 Christina G. 1 year ago on Google
The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The cubicle is dark with no lighting inside once you close the door. There's a giant hole in the roof so you don't know if someone is watching you and you can't see so can't tell. No toilet paper. Disgusting.

  • 4/5 Roderick F. 1 year ago on Google
Toilet was locked and nobody had the keys for us to relieve ourselves. The stop was welcomed as we arrived early and it was already day light. They can improve this stop.
