Lovely place,clean,fresh rooms,breakfast amazing. The way the looked after us was great, constantly checking if my fiance and i are fine. Gave us the freedom to use the pool, the best part was the refreshments in the bar fridge. And coffee was my personal favorite i almost finished it😍. I will surely stay here again if im around.

When we arrived on Thursday afternoon, the room was already cooled down by the aircon. The room was beautiful, clean and had a very nice smell when we entered. There was a lot of goodies, even free slippers to walk in the room. I adore the welcome note on the bed and it showed the next day's weather forecast. The one thing that we did not even realized was the stage 4 loadshedding in town, and we had full power all the time, free wifi, full DSTV, hot water and the aircon could still work while the whole area was in total darkness. Thanks for that Jacques, Jean-Marie and Ilona. We had one of the best times ever, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the morning when opening the window to the bird sanctuary. Your place is of then highest standard and safe. Your staff is so friendly, and your garden is as always beautifull with the nice pool. Thanks for spoiling and taking care of your guests. We will definitely sleep over in Cottonwood again.

A gem in the suburbs. A good place to overnight or spend a couple more nights

I highly recommend this place, the staff is very welcoming. The rooms are clean and warm. What stood out for me is that even during loadshedding Cottonwood isn't affected. I enjoyed my stay here.

We spent this past weekend at the cottonwood lovely guest house we were in the willow leaf room.Clean, spacious and lovely atmosphere the pool was squeaky clean. I will definitely book again.

Great place to overnight but it would also be ideal for longer stays. Well appointed, squeaky clean rooms. Good breakfast to set you off.

The level of service and the customer care is really out of this world and extraordinary. The staff really does go an extra mile to take great care of his guests and they are very welcoming. Yoh, I really didn’t want to check-out when the time came.

My stay was amazing the rooms were stunning and the service was very well prepared the poeple were friendly and the fact that they were pet friendly was very nice and they were very welcoming a would deffenitly say this was by far the best guest house have been to if u have kids and pets a would reccomend this guest house even if its just mom and dad come stay here and have the best time and happy memories.

Walking in late pm and room's were clean..new towels etc..excellent bed'swhat a Blessing...the gardens with each corner having something special to enjoy....the Breakfast was stunning..excellent location..hostess was very helpful and went the extra mile..deserve the high ratings

Just amazing, the accommodation, the value for money and most of all the people! Comfortable and cozy, every amenity we needed and even a lovely little minibar. Helped us out when we were in a bind and we would highly recommend this spot to anyone, anytime!

Better than expected, full DSTV and great value

My family and I do not stay at any other Guesthouse than Cottonwood when visiting Bloemfontein. The rooms are very neat, cleanliness is way above standard and not to mention the attention to the smallest details. Everything that you need is available - from ironing board to even cotton earbuds. The food is delicious and prepared with care. The manager - Kyla - is always friendly and very helpful. Jacques and Jean-Maré (the owners) are awesome hosts, always ready with a smile and they make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Guesthouse Oasis to anyone looking for a home away from home.

What a lovely stay we had in this place, felt so important. Clean is an understatement for those rooms. I loved how they welcomed us🥰 OMG! This is a place to be. They also have a gym and also a pool area. Definately coming back to this place🥰🥰

We were received with a warm room and electric blankets switched on. Everything was well-prepared for our arrival and it felt like a home away from home. Friendly staff and service. The shower (heated by gas geyser) needs more pressure as it was switching from hot to cold. Breakfasts were excellent. Decor and facilities catered for every need and style.

We decided on Cottonwood due to being described as an oasis in the City of Bloemfontein - and wow - it was more than an oasis - friendly staff with a manicured garden and a warm welcoming roo. with all the detail to make one feel - this is where I want to relax after a hectic business day - car safe and our Dachshund had her private garden - just go for Cottonwood and have a great time

Great experience. Don't let accommodation stress you out. The whole experience was awesome. Safe, cozy and extremely friendly owners and staff. All and all would highly recommend.
