The perfect getaway location for a couple. The service was great. The food was divine and the prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommended if you're visiting Bloemfontein.

Safe as it is inside of a gated community. A bit dark interior for my taste, but stylish. Has pool. Staff were efficient and very professional. The shower needs some attention as it is leaking into the entire bathroom. Clean and convenient stop over, really value for money.

It's the best place to spend your day..... peaceful and tranquil.

Very relaxing atmosphere closer to the N1 than I expected ie. A bit out of town, bit I really like it lovely garden. I had a drink in the lounge before dinner. Room is very very spacious and luxurious.

The Presidential Suite is amazing. Super spacious and luxurious at this price range and compared to franchise hotels in Bloem. About 10 minutes drive from town. Friendly and professional service. Perhaps breakfast can be upgraded somewhat at this price range.

Nice hotel, breakfast menu needs some attention. Friendly staff and excellent service. Some all around maintenance needs to be done. The safe in the room was not usable, although I did ask twice for help.

We arrived after 6pm with a very upset baby from a long day of driving. We were greeted by the friendliest lady at reception. Check in was effortless. The room was spacious, the bed amazing and the food we ordered for room service devine. They provided a breakfast pack that was a winner after leaving early.

What an unbelievable experience. From the security at the gate to the reception desk. Ivan and his team went out of their way to spoil us. Well done guys. Your service was exceptional, not to even mention the room we stayed in. The bar was set very high for future hotels/guesthouses to even get close.

5 Stars simply isn’t enough! Absolute perfection in every way! The rooms were wonderful, food was excellent, the staff is the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve ever experienced in any hotel or guest house.

Loved this hotel, the room that I stayed in was amazing, big room with lots of cupboard space. The bathroom was just as lovely.
