I am impressed, really can't complain ❤️ loved that they gave us extra time in the morning to sort ourselves out and weren't overly zealous to get us to check out

Stayed in Room 16. One small towel for 2 guests? No bathmat to put in front of the shower. Showerhead pipe was leaking at the back, with water streamer down the wall, everything was wet. TV channels are far and inbetween. They say it is 4 star accomodation, but it is not what we experienced. We paid for bed and breakfast, but rather skipped breakfast, as we didnt want to go through more disappointment.

Its a walking distance from the mall. It was comfortable besides other visitors coming late at night making a noise and loud music. Never ate there so I can't speak on the food. Otherwise it's okay for the weekend.

I really loved everything about this lodge. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the beds are too comfortable, but most importantly, the staff is amazing, (Ciciliar, Nonhlanhla and Ducks)😜. Well done Palm Lodge for employing such a remarkable staff members. The were so friendly and they are so passionate about their job. I will definitely return if I am around the place 🤗

Don't let the lively photos mislead you. They were taken soon after it was built. Current settings are not so picturesque. However, the rooms are great... or at least room 23. Save for the shower in the bath. Who needs a bath and a shower combo in this day and age. But a decent place to crash. No complaints

Great staff. Really made our 3 night stay pleasant. Pool amazing, balcony def room preference. Rooms neat and clean linen fresh. Aircon awesome.

Great value for money. Lovely sheets, warm comfortable room, great bed, friendly and very helpful service from staff. Room was spotless. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

If only it was possible to rate zero, l would. The carpet is so dirty! upon reporting it, they were so defensive just because when l arrived l requested to be moved to a different move! They said the person complaining about the carpet is the same person who requested to be moved, so l had no right to complain about the dirty carpet in their view. There was even a dead millipede in the room. Me being me l took evidence. Also took pics of the discoloured towels in the room. There pillowcases we dirty and had someoneelse 's hair on it. Its beyond me how this place got a 4 star rating because WOW!

From the accomodation to the people what a wonderful experience. The rooms were lovely , modern and spotless. The staff from reception, the kitchen, the cleaners were friendly, warm and welcoming. I will most certainly be back. Thank you Palm Lodge

We had a great stay; everything a weary traveller needs. It was simple, clean, spacious and checking in was made so easy by Aobakwe (thank you for your efficiency, hospitality and friendliness). We were in at 21h00 and out be 07h00 the next morning. Thank you, Greg Ashton

This is one of the best places I lived in.... i would go to this place over and over and over..... hospitality....friendly staff..... cleanliness..... it was so much better than Bayswater Lodge..... thank you guys

The friendliest staff!!! Offered to help carry our luggage to our room. Rooms were clean. We were given bottled water every day. Breakfast was lovely. Safe location. Totally going back - this time with my friends!!! Keep it up!!!
