DISHONESTY
IS
THEIR
POLICY.
My
family
and
I
stayed
at
the
Lodge
on
the
6th
of
June,
one
of
the
coldest
night
in
the
history
of
South
Africa,
or
so
we
have
been
told.
Unfortunately
this
lodge
cannot
cater
for
cold
weather
as
the
dinning
area
and
corridors
where
below
zero
degrees
and
we
where
expected
to
take
our
breakfast
without
even
an
attempt
to
heat
the
room
with
a
heater.
No
doubt
we
wore
pyjamas
during
the
night,
to
sleep
in,
and
in
an
attempt
to
get
dressed
in
the
morning
without
catching
our
death
we
dressed
under
the
bedding.
My
beautiful
and
exclusive
pyjama
got
left
behind.
I
contacted
them
promptly
the
next
evening
and
ask
for
the
pyjama
to
be
sent
to
me.
A
very
rude,
abrupt
and
unfriendly
person
refused
telling
me
to
send
a
courier
to
collect.
I
tried,
and
found
that
this
would
cost
me
an
arm
and
a
leg.
I
therefore
contacted
them
again
the
next
day
asking
for
them
to
please
post
it
and
send
me
banking
details
for
me
to
reimburse
the
expense.
I
was
assured
that
this
would
be
done.
Two
weeks
later
I
contacted
them
again
and
was
told
that
they
had
sent
a
parcel
at
no
charge
and
would
let
me
have
the
tracking
number
via
email.
Not
having
received
the
parcel
after
another
fortnight,
I
tried
contacting
them
again,
and
left
a
message
on
the
answering
machine.
Almost
two
month
later
and
daily
trips
to
the
post
office
in
the
hope
of
receiving
my
precious
pyjama
have
brought
me
to
realise
that
I
have
been
made
a
fool.
of.
Hope
that
no
one
else
have
the
same
dishonest
experience.
