We stayed at the lodge in the 3 bedroom house for 2 nights as we came to Bloem to watch the rugby. The Accomodation wasn’t 5 stars but was neat, clean, spacious and reasonably well maintained. The house was perfect for our purposes and having a full kitchen lounge and dining room was great. Breakfast was adequate with the omelettes and filter coffee hitting the spot. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times making the stay easy and hassle free.

For a family of 3 , just passing through Bloemfontein it was perfect and comfortable. The room was comfortable, decent size TV with Netflix. Decent amount of space.

Friendly staff. Always smilling and willing to help. I'll definitely be returning soon. We even extended our stay because it was just a pleasant place.

Clean rooms with a balcony to relax on. Good selection of food to choose from fir breakfast. Close to restaurants for dinner.

I must say my stay was not that good at all, room was dirty, there where cockcroaches in my room, hair of someone else Headboard was falling apart. Mugs where also not off the best The food I received was ice cold and the chocolate brownies was burned

The staff at Lion Lodge was very gracious and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast crew to the groundskeepers. The food offered at our church conference was excellent. The room was very comfortable, as well. Thank you for a great stay.

Their newly built, bigger venue can host 100 or more guests. The area is clean, have air-conditioning, and neat bathrooms. They can provide food on request and have a new pizza oven as well. Definitely worth visiting

The venue is clean and well maintained. Travelled with the family and had a family room. A perfect stopover for one night. Breakfast was good.
