Sorry I did not remember your name, but your servicing and walking the extra mile for us will not be forgotten. We were even packed a take away breakfast as we traveled the next morning early. The Staff were extremely helpful in assisting me with a last minute booking. I booked with Lynn and she was extremely bubbly and sweet. The room and bathroom was clean and neat. I stayed in Room 7 and also enjoyed the red and white colour scheme. The breakfast was good and the service was fast. Really nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.

Stayed here a number of times. Have had good experiences. Last stay, Lynne was on duty. She is fabulous! Definitely will be back.

Lovely stay at Abiente. We arrived after 8pm but were easily accommodated. We arrived in very cold weather to a toasty welcoming room with Airconditioner and electric blankets that were a boon. Clean bedding and neat room. Included was a continental breakfast and what a lovely spread!!! Our eggs were perfect and there were options of flapjacks and French toast too. The fruit salad was sublime. We had a great stay and also felt safe.

Day shift receptionist showed unacceptable attitude and very curt. Short tempered. Hospitality standards have deteriorated. My breakfast takeaway had a dead fly inside🪰

It's very clean & cozy, and the rooms are spacious with modern finishes. The bedding is clean and proper, not worn out. The swimming pool is clean and clear. Reasonably priced and located close to most amenities (Mimosa & Waterfront Malls, the Free State Stadium and University of Free State) The hostess is amazing, very friendly and willing to assist. The staff are great. What more can one look for? Overall, I had a great stay. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Bloem.
