From the moment you arrive you are treated with respect and warmly welcomed. All the staff are always very friendly and happy to assist with any queries. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Each room has a fridge with a variety of snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, enough to satisfy any appetite. The garden is well kept and the pool is always clean. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and prepared according to your preference. I highly recommend Dias Guesthouse and it will definitely always be my first choice when staying in Bloemfontein.

Had a fabulous 10 day stay. Rhyno was the consummate host. Room was spacious & always clean. Had roomy shower, fridge/freezer combo, microwave, electric kettle, and safe. Excellent and reasonable laundry service. And last but not least, fabulous full English breakfast. Will stay there again for sure next time in Bloem.

Don't get me wrong, the staff is amazing. The owner is horrible. Don't bother eating anything that is placed on that room. They have a basket of snacks and soft drinks in the fridge and a price list (which is great for your convenience) but we found out that the soft drinks expired in February. We fell ill because they actually tasted horrible. We let him know and he didn't wanna take any responsibility, he kept on telling us that it wasn't part of the package. I mean why did you put it there with a price list? We let him know that all we were expecting was an apology buy he's taking things far by blaming us. We asked for anti biotics and he bluntly responded "we can give you that because we are not doctors". He went on and in about how he can't check all his rooms (its a very small place by the way) and how Cyrillic Ramaphosa can't also check how his delegatesare doing. Anyway in a nutshell. The book looks good from the outside, I wouldn't recommend you reading it!!!!!!!!

I wish more Guesthouses in South Africa are so well equipped as this one. Everything you need and more are inside the rooms, bed was super comfy, free coffee and tea with fresh milk available. Peaceful setting and very close to a nice shopping mall with good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Home away from home - WOW Friendly, professional host and personnel Very well located, close to Preller Square, a Mall with several restaurants, take aways and supermarkets. Large well kept garden with a relaxing atmosphere. Once you are on the premises it doesn't feel like "City Life". Rooms were clean with modern bathrooms and there are more than enough space in each unit. Each unit has a well stocked (snoepie) with a variety of snacks. A very "Lekkerrrrrrrr' breakfast with homemade Jams to die for. We will definitely visit Rhyno and Mariette again. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Rhino and his stuff made us feel like we were long lost family, my mother was treated like a queen and my son like a little prince.
