Beautiful venue. Lots of well manicured open spaces. And then… the food!!!! Hearty, very very tasty food served with elegance. Need I day more?!

Had the most wonderful morning at the spa! Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful venue and also a nice view from the spa itself. We were welcomed with drinks (selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, water) and after a while taken to the spa. The spa assistants were very professional. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a nice spoil for yourself or some else!

Booked a spa treat for me and my daughter on Friday. When we arrived there was no booking. Instead of apologizing I was made to feel like a fool even though I showed them proof of my conversation on Friday and relayed my conversation with Jacques who still insist that he does not make mistakes. We were "squeezed" in and received our treatment. Therapists did a good job even though it felt rushed. Never again. We felt unwelcome and very disappointed.

My parents had recently stayed here, and what an absolute joy it was for them. Jacques was so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for more. The absolute attention to detail, beautiful scenery and overall service. This place is a 10/10 and I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely time at MonteBelo Spa. Excellent service, beautiful venue, friendly & professional staff. From entering Reception, then being treated by the therapists up to enjoying a delicious lunch it all was a true spoil and I feel humbled to know that one can still experience such "awesomeness".

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. But since Bloemfontein is a very cold place they should consider having electric blankets

Lovely place and the location can't be beat. My favorite place to stay over when in Bloemfontein. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but yet only a few minutes drive to get to shops and restaurants.

I liked the warm welcome from Cloete and the accommodation was very clean and neat. Very pretty setting with the manicured gardens and the breakfast was also very good ( Buffet style). The shower could use some work in room 12 where I stayed. Overall a convenient stop for me on my way to PE and I will use them again

I had the best birthday celebration at Monte Bello with friendly staff and great food. The hot stone massage was amazing.The manager knows exactly how to run the place to keep the standards high. Well done Jacques!

The spa treatment rooms are warm, filled with natural light and smell incredible. The treatment itself was good enough, the masseuse was professional(which is nice). Additional facilities like a sauna, steam room, or hydrotherapy and hot tubs would make it a dream get-away.

Beautiful venue, lovely staff. Delicious food. Room was a little cold and the aircon didn't make a difference and it was hard to control a perfect temperature for the shower water. It would get cold and the only way to get it hot again was switching the tap off completely

Beautiful setting and venue! Safe accommodation. Friendly & efficient staff. Doors to room (nr 2) and bathroom needs some attention though as they are a little away from the frames (warped) and infringes on privacy. Rooms are otherwise very comfortable, neat and well maintained.

The rooms are amazing. Spacious and clean. Breakfast is also great, vast variety and simply delicious. The pool is clean and accessible. WiFi is also strong, which makes it convenient to do work and be connected. I love the location, the landscape, highly recommend.

As a hotel that advertise itself as a 4 star hotel I am not sure it matches 4 star requirements. Rooms was small and not properly cleaned. Breakfast was very basic. Beautifule area however.

Attended a wedding ceremony. Delicious food and platters. The sunset and ìnterior (green and white) added to a beautiful wedding venue.

Rooms have white bedding, bed and bathroom, soap, lotion, sanitizer. Tissues desk and table, wardrobe, side tables mirrors. Hangers too. There are play areas with monkey bars and slides for kids, ponds with swans and ducks. Can choose an outside or inside wedding or both. The food is pretty and delicious. Toilets are clean complete with soap, lotion and sanitizer. Parking is plenty and free. They offer alcohol... Thank you and bye!👌🏾

Had a great Experience. I have stayed at a lot of lodges, BnB and hotels. This is up there with the best of them. And will recommend it to anyone. Just outside of Bloemfontein. But so peaceful.
