The worst of the worst. I have given them 3 chances. Each time was pathetic. Staff lose control of orders. Start argueing with each other. After waiting half an hour this evening, the food was cold. The large chips is on the attached photo. Worst of all there was a spoon in the bottom of the bucket. Who knows if it was used or not. KFC Preller Square is pathetic. Dont go!

Poor service ever i have been waiting for my order for more than 40 min. The staff is soo lazy and slow

Not very happy. Waited 40 minutes for the food, and no staff behind the counter to ask for assistance. Disappointing to say the least. Not a reflection of the advertising.

You order and when you about to collect at the drive through you told you need to wait due to limited stock

Their drive-thru is the best everytime I use it, very efficient. I hope this will be maintained.

My favorite KFC in Bloem until now. The colonel burger chicken patty was half the normal size and very dry and not fresh. The chips with the streetwise meal was also half the normal size. Will not be back

X4 in a row we ordered from your branch, and each time you get the order(s) wrong. Your staff is untrained and your food quality is of the lowest standard. Your food costing allows for multiple variants of pieces (chciken), but most often you supply orders with chicken pieces not even fit for stray dogs/cats. YOU JUST LOST A CLIENT.

Couldn't hear them at the drive-through over the generator, so I went inside. At first, they were not sure if my order must be done at the till or self-service desk. In the end they helped me and I got sorted quite quickly.

I usually order online on their KFC App. And their food is top I love it. They are not stingy with the sauce in the burger. They dunked wings are fresh and not to wet. They customer service is good I once called their number and they were friendly. They are The Best KFC I have ever had. Your meals are quality. Keep it up guys.

I didn't get my full order and it really doesn't seem like the place runs well at all. Pretty disappointed.

Unfortunately I can only give this rating, as, yet again, no ice-cream, machine is out of order. Is it possible to put a notice up, outside the drive through.

Good service not that clean in the basement, it always smells a bit but not to bad to want to drive away

Not happy, it is the third time that I asked for a sunday treat and each time they are out of stock. Firstly there were no kit-kats and the last two times there was no ice cream. I drive about 10min to KFC just to hear they do not have ice cream.

Ordered online to pick up via drive thru. No wings! After a conversation with the manager asking to cancel order or get a refund, voucher anything and being persistent there were wings all of the sudden It took 40 min to just pickup my order! Terrible service!

Food tastes consistently the same. Well done....wish all KFC outlets could be that good. Northridge you better step up.

The service of this KFC is really good, friendly staff and very quick service. This time, they accidentally gave us the wrong order multiple times and at the end we just gave up and left. My food on the other hand is very bad. The large chips are half full and the burger barley has sauce on it.

Cant cry or bad mouth anything about staff or shop itself, i get everything always, except for soft drinks that aren't suger free, luckily staff knows me and my wife! We go regurly to preller kfc and no other kfc at all! Thanks kfc and staff!

This is the closest KFC to my house (+-10km from me). Mostly when I want to treat my family with ice cream, we drive all the way, and then their excuse is that the machine is broken. My suggestion is to replace the ice cream machine with a better brand that doesn't break frequently. You are losing customers.

Decent KFC and food is nice but overall service not matching other KFC' in Bloemfontein and I visit all of them regularly

Hate kfc but love the food

If you order from Mr D Food, the food takes forever to arrive. When drivers deliver the food they claim that the restaurant always has a backlog of chicken that's not ready though its not even busy. So if they could speed up the process it could make MOST of their customers happy.

The food is good, but somehow something is always missing from our order. 😔

One of the few KFC branches where the chicken is nice and crisp. Well cooked, and juicy. Always quick service at the drive through.
