Very disappointing. I checked their "specials" prior to my visit and hardly any of the so-called "specials" were available. Also misleading advertising as the sign says R50.00 & then in smaller print "per 500g". One is used to Kg prices. On the label however it said R100 per kg.

I love Food Lovers Market but must say this store was disappointing as the shelves were almost empty in certain sections of the store. It is possible I visited them on a bad day and I certainly hope they get back to full FLM standards quickly. I will definitely go back as little beats the FLM prices and quality.

The place became expensive. Be careful to go there for special offers, more often than not it is not available.

Amazing selection and variety, however staff at the pay points need training in customer service and friendliness.

I will never go their again. Poor variety compared to outlets in the Cape and general cleanliness not up to standard. They have no provision for load shedding causing fridges and freezers to warm up with unpleasant odours as a result. I walked in, made a u-turn and went to the Noordstad Pick & Pay which was a pleasant surprise and I got everything I needed.

The store a very wide variety of products at affordable prices. Not a fan of the quality when it comes to some of their fruits and vegetables, but they offer plenty other products I like.

Not the best in the chain. The management think a 'do you stock...?' means that you are the only one looking for it. Silly people. If you don't stock it - you cannot sell it. If you're being asked for something, the person wants it and will go and spend their money elsewhere. The curious thing in that is it means you are going to buy the items that both places stock, not so? Ergo they loose a customer. Oh there's lots to go around? Yes there is. But customer retention is as important as getting a new customer. Any retailer should know that. I wonder why they don't. It's no issue, I'll drive the 10 km to the other food lovers. You loose.

It is pleasant to shop at Food Lovers Market Bloemfontein......there is a wide variety of fruit. Vegetables and they have good quality meat products and chicken and fish......aswell as a bakery and the store is easy to access..

I had to change my review of this branch after re-visiting again yesterday upon hearing this store is under new management. What a turnaround! I am so impressed with the difference - literally night and day. All produce was fresh, the store was neat and clean, and the bakery smelled unbelievable - the freshly baked cheese rolls were a hit and I'll need to replenish my supply soon! Management also went above and beyond to enquire about stock that had run out and took down our contact details to let us know when new stock arrives. All the best with the new store! I can just imagine how much had to be done to turn things around. I'm sure this store will be around for years to come.

Please fix your phone number on site. Showgate offers pensioners discount, why don't you? Two of the specials were more expensive. Couldn't find any loose beans and some other veggies not prepacked. The malva pudding was old and sunked in. No bananas available at smoothie bar. The smoothie made with yoghurt was warm. The fish fridge was rather empty. Only loose Kudu biltong available, no dried wors and loose fresh meat counter sparse. I think I would rather shop at Showgate.

Very nice place to do shopping. Their produce is mostly fresh. The shop is very big and the variety of things you can buy, is huge: from veggies to meat and nuts. The staff are friendly and overall the shop has a relaxing atmosphere.

It felt dark and dirty. Very disappointed that this store is not on par with other Food Lover's Markets.

I love the new setup n closed fridges for freshly cut n ready vergies. Special table is always a winner. Place is always neat, and cashiers are fast to assist with long lines.

I was expecting a bit more from this massive looking building. It seems the Fruit a Veg at Showgate has more to offer. The overall quality was good , just a very cramped store with very limited space especially at the paying points.

Went to the place for the first time. On the floor I was helped by the most friendly guys was happy with the service until I got to the till, such a rude middle age lady. Is this thing of colour does exist in these times?? Because after being helped she assisted a white lady so nice. Never going back to that place. And by the way introduce the name tags thing so we know who are we dealing with.

Fruits and vegetables. Also a local store. Very reliable and fresh and super affordable. These guys always have specials because they are always getting new and fresh items in a weekly basis. Love you guys and thank you for your awesome services.

Always clean, fresh fruits and vegetables..Great specials always..This is my Sunday spot I always come do my shopping for the week ahead and ever since I started shopping with them I have never been disappointed.. great and huge parking space with car guards very safe environment.. wheelchair friendly, children friendly really a pleasant shop to visit

Bought fruit yesterday had to throw away the apples nice on the inside but bad on the inside. Very peaches the same.😭
