Paulina out server was amazing. She was so friendly and went out of her way to accommodate everyone. Our 90 year old grandma was with, and Paulina took extra care to make grandma feel special and taken care of. Will definitely come back!

Just had the worst flat white coffee and croissant in many years! Could not take more than one sip and one bite. Gladly paid my R100 for the privilege of having the choice not to come back. Btw, you can get a delicious coffee and croissant at the Woolworths coffee shop nearby, for R25 less!

I quite liked Mugg & Bean until we ordered the chicken mayo wraps to go. It was the shortest thing I had ever seen, about 10 cm for R50. We specifically ordered the chicken mayo wraps, but when it was opened and tasted, it was clearly tuna and mayo. This is really terrible and I do not recommend ordering take aways from Mugg & Bean.

Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere are top tier! The staff are attentive and don’t hesitate to go the extra mile for your comfort. The food never disappoints, even as a take away. Also a great place to spend the day working from “home”

Got a take away bagel with chicken I think. Had stomach issues for 48hrs afterwards. This was the first time this happened ever. I've always had a super pleasant experience. I'll definitely give them a second chance.

The best in bloem and the spot that they chose perfect. You can see everyone going in and out of the mall if you choose to sit outside. The stuff is welcoming and let you do your things lol. If you need to be at a nice and cool place for those who like taking pics this M&B is perfect.

Waiter was very slow, lethargic and unfriendly, food took about 35 minutes, the manager/owner is nowhere to be seen which is probably the reason for their bad service, this is the second time I have made the mistake coming here. Not again.
